Root [Rom][5-26-12]Broken Out Spectrum 3.0 w/ Blitzkrieg Kernel

I had a random reboot today, about 40 minutes ago. I was using my phone with easy tether on my PC, broke the connection from my computer, then disconnected the phone and when I unplugged the cable, the screen did not turn on like normal when you connect or disconnect the USB cable.

About 30 seconds later, the LG logo popped up, now my phone has a really short up time... :-(

lol finn. You had a long run though man :D

I guess it's bound to happen from time to time.

I am getting an unable to download error trying to dl from my phone. Not sure why but I will try with computer access later. Thanks for the update!

any special insutruction for the update? just download and install in cwm? will i have to reconfigure my phone again or will all be the same?

I had experienced several random reboots today while streaming from Play Music (Google Music) and using several other apps. The one constant was Play Music.

Just noticed the update. Going to flash 1.1 and see if it still continues. Is there any way I can be useful, like with aLogcat, if I experience another reboot? I'm fairly green with the troubleshooting so I may need some directions.

I ran broken out for about a week and had a few apps frozen.
Froze music lilac and in about 24 hrs phone started to lag real bad.
Restored it rebooted and went back to normal.
this is the 5th time I have tried. I guess I am stuck with it

I just flashed over 1.1 over 1.0. Checked it out by playing some music over the speaker and a phone call on speakerphone and it sounds like Beats Audio may have been the the speaker issue.

Installed v1.1 and it's working perfectly so far.
For those that are confused about what was updated, do i need to wipe data etc. just go to the first post of this thread, it's all there.

The audio is 100% better, literally. Speakerphone, regular phone speaker, and headset jack!
Awesome job mtmichaelson...you da man!
Thank you!

lmao .. scroll up a couple posts, i did the same thing

Haha yea i saw. I tend to overlook things like this when i get excited . I once posted about the droid 4 in a thread... right under a post with the exact same info.... I'm so glad it didnt happen on xda, i would never have heard the end of it lol :D

Yea, but to be a bit clearer, you don't need to wipe data if flashing 1.1 over 1.0. If you're coming from stock, you DO need to wipe data. Wiping dalvik and cache is a good idea, though.

1.1 works perfectly. Great job. Speaker fixed. Stock video player FC fixed. Saw some radio performance variance...might have just been intermittent...

I followed the directions:
Made sure 4G was on..
Put 1.1 zip on sd
Backed up...
Rebooted into recovery and applied 1.1 zip
Then rebooted again.
Perfect - no issues.

Can you all imagine what overclocking this thing would be like with a custom kernal? :D

Imagine it running at 1.9 or 2.4 if possible. Boggles the mind since it is so fast already. I donated what I could so far, but would donate more if that could happen...

And, the battery life, at least on mine, is really good - I get a full day with medium use and almost a full day of business use...can anyone recommend a good extended battery other than the ugly/weak one listed on Verizon's site?

Cyanogen DSP manager works again as well with V1.1 . I think Beats at it's core level was messing with the way most other DSP's wanted to run and now that it's gone, everything should run smooth again.

Just a little preview of things to come!

As is this:

I was getting great life before on 1.0 with Juice Defender, but it's 2x as good with 1.1. This was with moderate use. With heavy use on LTE, I got 11 hours yesterday.
