Root [ROM][ALPHA] Triumph CM9 v0.6.17.0 [FINAL]

This is a update. I have used the bluetooth on CM9 today. I have tried changing the governor, I tried 3 different governors and then used my bt, it cut in out alot more than with the interactive governor (default setting). I drive quite a bit and need to use my bt daily. I put the governor back to interactive and I got the same issues, saying disconnected/connected reapeatly, then it will disconnect and not connect again. I will manually get into settings and turn the bluetooth off, then on again. It freezes saying turning bt on, it was like like that for about 20 minutes. I will then reboot and when thats done, the bt connects fine, then about 5 minutes later, it starts disconnecting/connecting again, having the same issues, I turn bt off then on, it again freezes, I have to reboot again, tried this 3times and the same thing happens. Please help, anyone?? Does anyone think updating to the .14.1 will changing anything with the issues Im having?

Changing the governor just fixes the skipping from audio that you had mentioned. It won't fix the Bluetooth issues. Maybe you have a defective phone?

I have noticed that if I am listining to music on my MT and have headphones or an aux cable plugged into it, when someone sends me a text the audio out gets quieter. Turning up the volume on the device yields a volume level that is considerably lower than the previous max volume. If I initiate a call, however, the volume resets its max level and the audio out from the phone works just fine until another text comes thru.

As far as I know, this always happened on stock and cm7 as well

If you unplug the jack and reinsert it will also correct the issue. I made a profile so when I listen to music the phone vibrates with no audio tone to prevent the music volume lowering.

Changelog:
Alpha 0.6.15.1
-Enabled btwlancoex

Alpha 0.6.15.0
- other minor kernel updates (iOCv1.2.2)
- moved power widgets settings into Notification drawer settings.
- updated sense multi-tasking to v2.0 - works in both portrait and landscape modes
- adjusted default autobrightness values
Notable CM upstream changes:
- Apollo music apk
- lockscreen weather notifications - system settings --> lockscreen
- lockscreen calendar notifications - systems settings --> lockscreen
- navigation bar customization -- not a big deal really imo but they added it--basically, it allows you to rearrange the buttons/add search option/etc. -- system settings --> system --> navigation bar (note this will only show up if you have the nav bar enabled; option is still in system settings --> Display --> enable/disable Navigation.)

As I said before, I haven't had much chance recently to work on this so this build is mostly to pull in changes from upstream.

Edit: According to wilm804xxx, phone encryption still doesn't work. So removed it from the changelog list.

Is going through each screen on the home screen a bit lagger than before ? Or is it just me ? Went from 6.14.0 to 6.15.0

How do i make it so that after using the sliding lockscreen i can make the pin lockscreen or pattern unlock screen show up after that? Otherwise just using the sliding lockscreen my phone isnt protected from someone just picking up my phone and going through it.

Is the camera still being worked on? And if so by who and how close is it to finished?
Sorry if this counts as ETA, but I'm just curious, and new to this phone.

Amazing rom, thank you for alllowing us to breath new life into our dull phones. It appears the latest update (0.6.15.0) broke compatibility with XDA rob34's Reloaded ICS Status Bar Enhancement, which allowed for full customization of the notification bar. When this rom is flashed, followed by Reloaded ICS, a plethora of SystemUI force closes appears. More info on his work can be found on the (now dead) thread on XDA.

You need to change your screen security method to Pattern, PIN, or Password. Menu --> System settings --> Lock screen --> Screen Security. This disables the slide altogether.

I haven't noticed anything new like that. I'll keep an eye out for it though. The only time that I notice a lag is right after unlocking the screen when the phone is still waking up.

I'm sure random people are looking into it. When it happens, it happens.

Sorry, I can't fix somebody else's mod. They need to update their mod to match the updated CM9 framework. As you can see from that thread that you linked, the OP of that mod has not been updating it and it doesn't work with any current version of cm9 for any phone anymore.

so hows the apollo app? i would try,but if it only has eq settings.

I'm still on the fence about the Apollo app. It is different enough from the stock music app that I'm still getting used to it. I think I'm leaning towards liking it though.

I'm don't understand your second question though. If you're asking if it has eq settings, then the answer is that if you click the EQ settings options in the app, it opens the DSP Manager app--just like the stock music app used to do.

Mantera please Private message me. I need to talk to you about a large donation I would like to make, to you.
I just need to talk to you about the minor details, as there is a catch but I think you would much rather go with the catch. Trust me

If you dont reply I know that you are not interested in UPGRADING.

That does make sense, thank you, I do hope he will be able to update it. I understand it can be quite challenging doing this out of free time. I do appreciate your work however, so thanks very much. I know this is a long stretch, but if you do get the time to this look at this mod you might find it too be a very nifty feature integrated in your ROM.

My phone will not go into deep sleep because of mmc0 mmc1 and mmc2 any ideas what these are so that way my phones battery doesnt drain at 10% an hour. Also I am running .15

It sounds like you have wifi and/or bt on. Having either on will keep a wake lock.

Also, if you're using JD or another automated app like that to toggle wifi and/or bt on and off, they are also known to leave those wakelocks behind on the MT. The best way to manage wifi/bt on the MT when using CM9/CM7 is to manually toggle wifi and bt on/off using the notification power widgets or in the settings.
