i didnt find 2.0 as stable as 1.4 and more of a battery drain.

ive had this flashed since 2:30am this morning. its been on overnight, been hammered in the garage on poweramp and has my set cpu configs the same.
the only thing im not doing is messing with the voltages, mine are stock kernel voltages for manu

I'll certainly give it another go... It is me with random reboots, but nothing like 6 this afternoon.. Maybe 1 a fortnight or so.
Both Governors are the same - on demand
I'll also try it with the 1.4kernel and report back, battery is a it low so It needs a charge before any more fiddling!

rowlers, if you read above dan has included the havs vdd script in this one with lower voltages. its likely that this is what is causing your reboots as your device is sensitive to voltages and messing around with clock.

you might want to remove that script from system/etc/init.d/

and see if you get the reboot problem still


if you edit the zip file before flashing then flash it with signature verification turned off it will not be there upon upgrade.

you already have a backup of your current rom so you should be good to go
 
Very nice so far Dan. One small request I miss from redux is reboot options from the power button options. Is this possible at all? Using fast reboot for now.

removed the voltage script thingy and used manu 1.4 (instead of 2.0). No crashes so far...
3g signal does not appear as good as manu 2.0 tho, only getting G, normally get H?
I'm going to flash 2.0 just to see exactly what was causing the reboots.
EDIT, it just locked onto H, so I'll leave alone for now!
 
Maybe I should amend the script to default values and let people know how to amend it?

Or they could install icredicontrol...
 
I hope I've maybe helped a little then!
It's maybe just worth noting the issue in your install guide and a work around. The new touches are a nice addition.

I've asked xyro to insert 2 posts at the beginning so I can put the changelog in, like I did on xda.

I amended the changelog after the fact as I'd forgot I put the script in by default, so my bad, not yours ;)
 
I get stuck on the boot splash if I flash over 1.4 without wiping. Trying it again..

edit: Nope, gotta be wiped.
 
Won't work for all without.wipe but should for most. There are extensive architectural differences between 11072011 and 1.4
 
Odd, I flashed over 1.4 (as I'm sure did many others) without problems.

Liking the extras so far, and impressed it still fits inside 60MB :)

Thanks for getting that cache binding thingy sorted! I love that.

Btw, flashed it over the top from 1.4 (with the swedish language .zip file installed on 1.4) , and the language is still there. So far so good.
 
Once your.language is set its stored as a setting change in data. Once factory reset, all is lost.

As you said it's not compatible with the latest update, I thought it odd that it was still working.
 
I'm an idiot! No swedish language at all. Nevermind me...

However I do get the low memory warning at 40 Mb free memory. Do I need to wipe to take advantage of the cache binding?
 
mmmm......not able to download app from market that is purchased :-\
due to old market app or titanium bug ?
