Shouldn't need 1. Why not just flash the phone.tar?
I don't know if Blood will update this version of CTMod but I can almost guarantee the next version will be based on the update.

et16 has an ICS theme that works well. been running it a week or two. got it in this forum, ill try and find the link if you're interested.

I just installed thr CTNaked Theme, it was lagging like hell...
even the calls, would come in, id hear the ring, but 2minutes later it would show the screen. then i reflashed back to 3.6
im looking for a THEME app, that isnt specific, but can see your themes, download new ones, specific for MOD or phone.can backup, restore..
has anyone thought about a JARVIS type theme for this phone..

Try going in and out of airplane mode. When I didn't have service and used on wifi I left in airplane and when stuck getting IP that work mite for you too. Also unplug your router then turn back on sometimes just gotta start fresh.
Wifi static on market help cuz once you get IP for a AP it save it and give u that IP every time u connect so just obtain IP first time then auto.

haha, nah I was saying easytarget16 has an ICS theme for CTMod. sorry for the confusion. and yeah, the fe is pretty much the same GB with a different lockscreen as far as I saw. Didn't spend much time on stock though.

I saw some threads where people were having problems getting there gps and navigation to work, but I didn't see if they ever got it resolved.

You'll get 3 prompts you need to click on each 1 in a reverse order and say okay to them and then everything will work fine after that.

that's my issue,i fixed it, it was more than accepting the permission
I flashed a gps fix and checked the setting in kouma mod settings
, for data mode i disabled the internal/data
In swap settings there was a extra swap location that set
To 0% so i just deleted it completed.
rebooted, flashed the gps config that sets it to us.com instead of
Northamerica.com...

Is there any way to install the hidden menu apk in ctmod 3.6 from the stock rom. i would like the hidden menus, or do you think blood would be interested in putting it back in. I think i heard him say a while back that he was having trouble getting it to work, but i could be wrong.

anyone know another way to fix the timezone?
ive tried a few apps, and updated to some timezone fix version B mine was K before.
tried using that sync clock app, that made things worse..
sometimes ill reset it, and they will match, but later on it goes funky....JUST the system clock.
i can use the clock settings in ctmod settings, remove it and put it back there, but no go, same thing.
in date/time settings, i have it set for -4:00 for EST, im in atlanta.
both pics are -4:00 EST TimeZone
think the 902 was the time i used that autoSYNC clock app.
this is CTMOD 3.6

disabled internal/data (have to, to make GPS work)
partitioned: yes 4gigs
SD CARD: 16GB Class4

The Clock APP, shows the Right time...all the time.
BUT, i cant see that while in a call, or in another app, like i can with the system clock.

Im getting a system update warning. Anyone else?
I was playing ifighter 1945, it froze then paused, then that update poped
Up,i clicked later, went back to game....died. Arrg

I wish the next mod, would incorporate the host file and goo manager
App, to do ctmod updates like these system updates..
The update didn't say in detail wat it is. The size is 7.4mb
speaking of goo....

Yep... that's why I checked in today. Any way to block updates altogether? My phone seems to be humming along pretty well right now.

I'm only asking this here cause I cant find any posts about it and I'm using CTMod. After I use Telenav for the first time in CTMod 3.6 it asks me to update it after opening it again.
I can download the update which is TN6.apk (2.74MB) but can't install it. Clicking on it the regular way and letting the system try to install it it just goes through the install process but at the end says in was not installed.
Anyone else have this problem or know how to update it?

Remove the original app and then download it again. So it's not trying to 'update' but rather install the newest version 'for the first time'
I had this problem when i was trying to "update" my Swype after i themed it (i thought i broke it) but i just uninstalled the old one and bam, new one installed no problem.

I got the update nag today too. I don't know if it has anything to do with my phone being so unstable or not but I could not for the life of me get my phone to stabilize. Everything was FCing. I tryed clearing cashe and dalvic. Wiped and reset. Nothing. It was CRAZY! I finally odined to FE16 rooted and I guess I'll stay with that til the guys here that's a lot smarter than I am can straighten it all out. Is anybody else having this same issue or maybe have a little insight?
