Gallery not fixed for me yet on 5.0.7.1 ... Pictures fine in camera preview, gallery looks like its loading thumbnails instead of the pictures.

I'm using Genesis V1.1, but it's 5.0.7 instead of 5.0.7.1. Not that big of a deal for me because I replaced the gallery with the one from 5.0.6.2.

EDIT: one point of notice, the Market is ssslllooowww on here. I mean real ssslllooowww. That def needs to be addressed.

It seems to have leveled out now. Maybe it was everything initializing or whatever. It's back up to speed.

Dimmer in the clock app is working fine for me. I dont have a dock to test out anything there though

"dock" being the key word. doesn't work for me either, but it didn't in nexbeast either. auto brightness is the problem?

Get the Genesis themed ROM....based on 5.0.7...you can install it over 5.0.7.

Not sure if it's in ROM manager, but you can download from the thread and use install zip from SD card in ROM Manager.

yea people have done that. You will probably have to clear your gallery cache as well though.

One problem I had with the test 1 version of this ROM was pocket dialing believe it or not.
The keyboard would slide out a tiny bit in my pocket and it would unlock without sliding. Does this bug still exist? This happened while on standby/sleep.

Can someone PLEASE let me know if this bug is still around?
All you do is slide the keyboard and if it is UNLOCKED with no slide showing, that's the bug.

I want to try, but that is a killer for me since my keyboard slips out a bit in my pocket.

Im trying out this rom because i accidently did a stupid update with nexbeast and it was crashing like crazy... figured i would try something new before i went back... Lets see how this goes

Ok, I've gotta say, so far I'm impressed. I can't tell any diff in speed and responsive from this to NexBeast. And then you've got the CM goodies. I haven't done a whole lot w/ it, and I don't know how battery life will fair, but if it holds up, this will help tide me over till 2.2 comes around. Or until whatever the next ROM that comes out is.

Go for Launcher Pro, if you haven't tried it...IMHO it's superior to ADW.

wow... I soooo miss the 360 degree rotation like I had on my omnia... I think ill be keeping this (As long as its mostly bug free) for a while because of that..

I love surfing the web with the phone flipped opposite of the keyboard (so the hard buttons are on my left)

Ok, there's a lil bit of feeback. How do we feel about the overall speed of this ROM? I'm on Fab's NexBeast, and I'd hate to sacrifice that speed.

+1 would like to hear some feedback from those goin from fab's nexbeast v1.0.1

I was on nexbeast and right now its not a fair comparison... because i dont have as many widgets and im not on the same launcher, but they are about the same speed wise... I miss nexbeasts theme.. it was awesome. But i like apps2sd and I LOVE 360 degree rotation.

as far as speed at this point they are about the same... maybe a slight edge to koush but thats because of launcher pro.
