It'll probably be sometime tomorrow before you're approved. Also there is a Facebook page for it so you could drop a like there also. They post updates on Facebook often with mods/themes/ROMs. I saw GT's samurai ROM posted on there along with other things ;)

Nice. Go to bottom of the homepage and you'll see your welcoming. Oh also at the bottom you should see a box called "Forum Stats", you can track the entire site from there. Just hit the reload button in the box to refresh. You can see who's on also.

Honestly, I love the Android OS. But if Apple comes out with a next gen phone that offers a screen and some services that compare to the Samsung Galaxy type phones - I'm probably in.

I'm running a custom ROM On the Spirit now (SAMURAI) , so I know and enjoy the benefits of going that route. But I've been subject to the fragmentation in Android before. If I did stay within Android, it would be a Nexus.

Saddened to think that the Spirit is finally fading away. It is still a solid device.

Your suffering will be increased by at least 1000 times shall you join the dark force (apple). Their services suck, honestly they are just so behind in technology.
 
Does anyone here use the MyMetro app to pay their bill? I can't seem to get it to work with this ROM. I placed it in system/app and it force closes.

I would go with the nexus 5 because of the low price and you get a whole lot for that. The S4 has a couple more features one being the IR blaster which I like, but pricey.

I see it this way n5 has best quad core, 2gb ram, HD 1080p 445ppi display, and KK4.4. Either phone you choose will still be relevant 3-5 years down the line receiving the latest android version at that time. Look at the galaxy nexus, nearly 3 years old and already got KK4.4 thanks to PG. More than what can be said for some phones that came out this year and will never get KK4.4 lol.

The Mega is a nice phone, but aside from the big screen it's just an over priced mid range dual core phone with an older version of JB and no planned update. Aside from big screen and couple features, not much of an upgrade from the Spirit.

Hey guys, how about the Moto G? For $200(16GB) or $180(8GB), some very nice specs, 4.3 with a guarantee upgrade to 4.4. seems to be a good deal. Downside is no LTE, but I guess I can sacrifice that since I'm 85 to 90 percent on WI-FI. The way I see it, the Moto G its better than the phones Metro is offering, of course, excluding the S3 an S4 which they get great support from every where. I would love the Nexus 5 but again is an extra 150.00 or it could be 200.00 if I go with the 32GB. With a wife and 3 kids I can't be spending on a phone like I used to, SMH...lol Another plus is that Motorola Mobility is owned by Google, so definitely It could get better support than any phone from Metro, right? So whats you take and say... By the way Happy Holidays to everyone in the community and the entire Phandroid family. Hope everyone has a great time with their families and love ones. between the nexus 5 and s4, I'd go with the nexus 5. better price, and that screen is sexy. S4's AMOLED screen to me is a bit dark and dingy like looking through a smoked filled room. Nexus 5's screen is like looking through a nice clean window. for some reason the s4 UI seems a bit choppy. Weird saying that when I have the Mega. but when I tried them s4 just seems to lag.

PG forget about the nexus. They already have strong Dev. Get the mega, be a star and uses your super powers for good.

my next phone will be the Nexus 5 tyvm. I dont need the headaches I/we have with metro devices on my dd too. lol
