I don't know what's going wrong, I thought maybe it was because I forgot to clear the cache the first time but I did it and it didn't help.

I flashed with Gapps and franco kernel at the same time to see if that helped but no dice.

I know it's not THAT big a deal to reset, I guess I'll have to do it but I'll probably leave it for another time. I'm not really in the mood to mess around that much tonight.

Well that sux. Sorry for your issues. I did exactly what Hook told me to do in a prior post and all went well. Have not tied 319 yet however. May just leave it alone for awhile after hearing your troubles.
Also, I reinstall Franco afterwards using his auto install feature trough his paid app. Not sure if that works any different?

Actually, I missed the comment to use the link in the post so I didn't see the 3/19 version. I'll go ahead and try it tonight after work tonight unless it gets updated. I'll let folks know what I find.

Having the same issue with 318. Looks like I'll have to go clean.

The frustrating thing now is that with all the time I've spent trying to get the dirty flash to work I could have gone clean and have everything pretty much set up again by now.

What is the "On-The-Go" quicktile? I assumed it was a toggle for the OTG capability, but it's name changes to "rear camera" and when you turn it on i essentially uses the rear camera to create a live wallpaper with everything else faded out but usable on top of it. Is that really what it is supposed to do? ;) And my next question is "why?" :D

Haha. The "On The Go" QS tile is actually for some feature that some dude Alexander Martinz (some tween from Europe) created. It's exactly what Rx said it was for though. Personally, I don't use it nor care for it, but one of our guys wanted it and that was that.

As I've stated all along, dirty flashes aren't really the way to go. It's always safe to assume that you should do a clean flash unless I indicate otherwise. However, YMMV with dirty flashes - some have no issues and some do.

hmmmmmm....just been looking at the G+ group and all I see is the 318 test build.

There doesn't seem to be a 319?

Is it somewhere I am not looking? I look through "announcements".

I was fooled by that too until I re-looked NYCHitman's post above. Go to the announcement post for the 3/18 version and expand the actual post message. There is a link in the post (which has been updated since the post was made) which takes you to the 3/19 version download.

Found it.............thanks Hook :):)

FYI dirty flash on 3-19 stuck me in a bootloop as well. Just clean flashed so still getting set up.

Clean flash of 3/19 was a success. Still getting things back to my liking but on the right track.

Success here too. Glad I clean flashed. Things are running smoother than they were on my last dirty flash. This build is great. No bugs to report as of now.

Flashed Franco 36 with Josh's settings. No lag. Things are so snappy.

Also got rid of exposed and both modules I was using when I flashed this build. Thanks Josh!

I've had to reinstall xposed for gravity box so I can resize widgets on the stock launcher but everything seems to be running very smoothly..

I have a kernel question; I'm using Franco r36 which I flashed with FKU which I also use to set the colour profile. The rest of my kernel tweaks I do with the baked in kernel tweaker, is this ok to do or could it potentially cause a conflict?

I need to go back and find those settings too, all I remembered was 1728 for the CPU and - 75uv.

Whatever you set in FKU, don't change in Kernel Tweaker and vice versa.

Also, I'm getting ready to post a new test build, which has a few fixes.

Thanks :) that is what I've been doing; I set all the CPU parameters etc in kernel tweaker and just us fku to flash new versions when they come out and set the colour profile.

Well.... I'm finally breaking down and getting off of the stock ROM and getting ready to flash DU 3/22 build!
What gapps version do you guys like?
I think I'm gonna try the PA micro gapps.

PA micro is good, but I'm really addicted to the dark play store soI use the DU_TBO Gapps. :)

Dirty flashed 3/23, was going to give the included kernel a run for a while but I prefer to be able to choose my colour profile through franco.

I'm getting the bootloop stuff with the 3/22 test build. Restored nandroid and getting ready to do a clean flash of 3/22 and a rebuild. Not really surprised. When there are this many updates, dirty flashing will catch up with you.

I don't expect any problems with 3/22 after a clean flash but I'll let you know.

EDIT: As predicted, no problems. :)

Man... This is an AWESOME rom! Tons of features and settings, very stable and smooth too. Overall has a great feel and I'm just really liking DU a lot.
Right now I'm running ElementalX kernel but may try Franko eventually.
Is there a setting to change the system font? I've been looking through the settings but haven't seen it yet.

Nope, no built-in system font changer. Feel free to download one and change it for yourself though.
