Cool.Yeah got to start somewhere first before you can move on.I know alot of people REALLY want an ICS ROM with working cam over the CM7 but it seems like you nearly have CM7 working with everything which is a plus.If you crack CM7 I'm sure you can rock CM9.Everyone keep up the good work!!Its not just me Chairshot and dsmryder have been a big help. The more time we spend on 7 the more we will take to 9 and rock it. All in good time!

Once again I'm amazed at the community that has sprung up around our phone. Thank you all for the amazing roms you guys are turning out!
So today I watched 3 vids on youtube. Two out of the three videos I noticed the White Capacitive Touch buttons flickering off and on. These were all in landscape mode and not HQ. The rythym of flicker (for the capactive button lights) seemed to match the rythym of screen flicker when I turned the phone to protrait.
I'm running the 8-01 version of this rom, with ADW launcher, and G60's Cyano-Cream theme. Oh, and yes I did a clean wipe and install.
Thanks again for all the work each of you has put into this and your previous ROMs. With this phone and our community everyday is like Christmas, when I get the opportunity I open the forums to see just what might be under the tree today!
There is one thing weird that I noticed while using this ROM. When I flashed the CM7 thunderprop my status bar icons(wifi, battery, signal) changed from blue to green. I thought that was strange. It is not a big issue at all, but just something that I thought I should point out.
JuiceX said:Thanks to all the developers for their hard work. This is a pretty stable and smooth rom. I have been having two issues. First is that the volume is low after every text message. And it won't let me post a voice recording on a message. Not sure if this has been brought to your attention. I know this is still in the beta stage. But man this is hands down the best. Thanks to developers current and past for there dedication.
Did you do anything else. It seems that you may have removed the cyanobread.apk
That's the theam package. I don't think that thunderprop would do that, but I haven't used it either. I might look at the install script to see of there's a clue, but I doubt it.
The volume issue has been fixed. What version are you on? It is possible that you have a bad flash, looking at the MMS issue. Are you using the stock messenger?

I have the latest rom and I am the stock messenger. Thanks for the help.
I did not do anything else. I just flashed the CM7 thunderprop so I can play all my Gameloft games that's all. Actually all my colors have changed. It is just a weird issue. It does not detract from the ROM at all though.

I am pretty sure that the theme is at the bottom of the build.prop, so if it has changed and the new ROM doesn't have it it may have changed settings but not the theme. Take a look at the bottom ten lines or so, can't remember exactly but it was there when I was messing with CM7 a few months ago. Hope this helps.Did you do anything else. I would do a nandroid backup, then reflash.
I think I have mentioned it somewherer else, but this is what I mean about a good post for diagnostic purposes. adjr mentioned that the phone was wiped and what version of the ROM it is.
Now back to the light flickering. This has been mentioned back when TickerGuy was building the ROM. I think it's' a setting. Likr I asked someone else, would you mind posting your setings for your backlight? And I mean all of them, light sensor filter, allow light decrease and maybe a sxreenshot of your light sensor levels.
I've got plenty of high-end games. I'll test anything from Angry Birds to Need for Speed. If I run into any compatibility issues I'll get back to you. Maybe I should make a compatibility chart with all the known games and share it with you guys... Then we could see if the modified build.prop helps. I don't have the time to play any game all the way through, but I can see if any games are causing forced reboots... UPDATE: Uh-oh. Remember the Wifi deep-sleep bug? Where the phone would get the "sleep of death", and a battery pull would be required to turn it back on? Well, that just happened to me with the latest build! Didn't happen with earlier builds. Could be my power manager doing it, though. If anyone else can reproduce this bug, maybe we should take note of it.Just installed and same thing happened. Was playing fine an locked up and forced a reboot. The fact they had an issue due to a third party plugin I'm leaning to the app having problems as no one else is posted issues with games in general. Ill keep an eye on this though.
Has anyone tried using the Mobster Tweaks on this CM7? Has it done any good, or are the fixes already in place? I flashed it with the first couple builds, but didn't really have any reference points.
