I did now it's saying I don't have enough space so I unistall some apps and move in settings say room but still can't download oy ve

Same place the install files are at. data/app and system/app

For some reason I couldn't find it used ez wipe and everything on my phone was deleted and I had to start all over 
but everything is working great and have made a backup of everything

Ok so I've got some concerns with 2.4.
This info is for L. Not for some noob to tell me to reboot and that will fix it so please don't bother
Battery life has just been destroyed. Just sitting idle, I've used 25% in 2 hours when before it would either still be full or at 98.
Under battery use in settings, it says 22 minutes instead of 2 hours and 22 minutes that it's been unplugged.
My battery temp. Is at 85 when it never went above 75 when the phone was idle. Even when i used it modestly it would stay under 85.
Sim card still takes forever to read.
Keep in mind nothing has changed. No new apps or anything like that. You all know i keep my ish locked down and i don't have garbage running when not needed.
This is well after 24 hours of running so it's settled in.

Reboot, reboot, reboot and see if that works for you
I just flashed 2.4 so I cant speak on battery but I can say this about the sd card. When it first booted it took forever. Rebooted to flash "debloater" file I made to remove all the stuff I dont need dont use quickly and again took for ever. So I didnt have anything on my internal I really needed or wanted so I rebooted into cwr and formatted the internal and rebooted. Took about 10 second to read and prepare the internal. (Yes I know nothing on it is why) but the external still took forever, so I backed it up to the pc rebooted and formatted that too. Rebooted, transferred EVERYTHING back to the external and it read in about 10-15 seconds. So i suggest anyone having an issue with this to format both

So you back up your sds to your pc and then how do you format? I know how I'm just asking which way you do it. I don't trust anyone except ppl that are in the know.
I've always been a scared to format my internal so I've never done it. Just external.

Just rebooted into recovery and go to mounts and storage and format as card and Emmc

Ok... I downloaded twice.. metroweb and dolphin.. don't have access to comp rite now... they both say 2.4 but after install they both say 2.1.. 1 more ? What does mirror mean

Mirror means is a host Site like another way of downloading the file serves as a backup in case the main host Site is flooded

Checked mine first thing-it says 2.4...
I wiped everything and reinstalled both.. still says 2.1.. guess its good
