I know, but still, my # apps have actually reduced since the old cwm; i dont believe thats my case lol. "something in there fuzzy, something in there" :smokingsomb:

Ok i got it. I know now. The new cwm backs up like a pc now. You make your first initial backup and it creates the blob folder. The next back up you make, it will check to see if anything changed and it won't back up the things that didn't change. So it actually saves time and space by doing this.

Has anyone confirmed the whole .nomedia file and its link to the sd card reads taking for ever issue?
Edit: I don't really need confirmation per say, i just want to see if it worked for anybody else that was having the issue

I'm back on 2.2 and all seems right with the world.
Although initially it seemed like problems persisted n messaging n calling were very flaky.
I rebooted n applied 3 changes that may have contributed....I suspect the latter mostly:
Crackle was fc'ing at startup_removed, 1market running at startup n updating apps immediately was likely tying up things...saw no setting to not autorun at startup_removed, and drumroll....reenabled haptile feedback!
I had thought disabling the latter would help conserve, but looks needed for many reasons.

Great rom, but I've been having a few issues with it lately. For one, it seems to reboot randomly at times (im on ZVD) and when I restored my polaris office back it always force closes. I'd prefer not to download a different program to handle my documents. Any clue why it does that?

i removed the polaris lib files from base. you may need themm back

random restarts for me as well. Once when I plugged in charger, another after hitting back button on Web browser, and another I dunno what the hell I was doing.

Just throw your contacts.apk in it should work. All the app apks I used for ZVD Phone Candy I pulled out of GSE ZVB

do you have the display lighting set to the lowest, it will give you ever more.
