Where do you smell such a thing?
Out of all people, I'd least expect I'd have to tell this to you.
IN THE OP!!!!!!!

I'm on 2.4 because for me i was one of the best. I'm going to try the beta 4 though. I'm bored. Will let you guys know how its compared to a babys butt
My phone loooooooves 2.4. But really excited for the 2.5 final release. Driftizzle rocks :thrasher::thrasher:
I think its just the speed kernel with no min free add ones
Op says nothing new.
My rant for IDrifta and #2
Stop being a good dev and updating the rom to make it better each time!! Why?!?! My phone heats up from downloading all these badass-good-battery life roms of yours! Stop putting these awesome tweaks that make my phone silky smooth!! Thanks!

Seriously, love the new updates. #2 Isn't a rom.. Its THE rom.
well lets not forget adding root, busybox run-parts etc.. but yeah basically.. and i listed the minfree values on kernel opAll the speed kernel is, is stock with min free tweaks. So without the min free tweaks, it'd just be stock.
very true, except i call my 'bag' google LOL and yeah once i finalize 2.5 i'll basically be done.. wont touch it anymore for a while untill i see something worth adding.. my main focus right now is the kernel, thanks to pg and many long hours of trial and error i now know how to compile the kernel from source.. so now im trying to learn how to tweak it without jusy copy and pasteing parts from the kernels we already have.. i actually want to figure out what im doing and learn how to do it all correctlyTrue but ldrifta finds a new trick it's like he's got a bag of surprises but once 2.5 it's finalized I think we will be done for a while
yeah in beta 3 the words were not lined up with the icons and the button spaces were ferther apart, now in beta 4 it's more cleaned up and looks close to ics settings lil things you guys don't notice but i do perfection is the goal, LOLCan someone please post a screen shot of settings I downloaded the latest beta and just rename it to zip file it looks the same and i know ldrifta said he made some theme changes just wanted to make sure thanks

as for the settings not decompiling with apk multi-tool... i know why, it's because your using apk multitool!!! lol just use apktool, it's so much easier and works 99% of the time with no issues.. it's as easy as learning a few cmd's for the terminal, one of my main goals of 2.5 was to make all the provided apk's able to decompile and recompile with no issues, so that will be made sure of once i finish the rom on top of many other things..
i feel the theme is all done besides a few silly touch ups, so you wont see another beta for a while untill i accomplish something worth showing you guys lol, beta4 should be in a very stable/use-able condition as of now so just use that and try to find anything worth complaining about so i know what needs fixing before the final release
remember to make a backup
well screen transition are/can be modified with LP in prefferences, along with window open speed etc...Thanks men is just amazing what you do the only thing I noticed is my battery life is slightly down that's all and the screen transactions were quicker on 2.2 or it just my phone either way will wipe and reinstall

as for battery.... ? i dont know man.. i've only been theming and if anything the rom should be more efficiant due to fixing errors in framework/sysui and zipaligning the apk's, plus the new kernel etc.. if anything battery should have improved.. all tweaks and system build are the same.. lol
lol no prob, honestly i personally do & suggest you all do the same: plug in device via usb/mass storage, copy rom to external sd, format INTERNAL sd (after savin what you wish to save), then boot to recovery & wipe data, cache, dalvik cache & format the system.. then flash the rom and power off device, then reboot and set-up rom, then reboot once more shouldn't have any issues anymore after that!! lolYeah I will just do a full wipe my phone is to delicate at times lol thanks again
lol we aint cooking anything, he just took me to school is all im trying to cook with my new found knowledge but im still learning lol gonna take some timeFlippen shweet!
Thanks doodie, 4 all your efforts and the work of all u devs out there. Wish I could do something to help, but my kid don't let fart around on my computer too often. Been stuck on the project of hacking his wii lately.
Donations will be due one of these days tho, but food electric mortgage gotta come first
Thanx again, can't wait to see what u and PG are cooking!
additionally, if your trying to decompile/recompile settings.apk or any other System relient apk, you need to first install the devices framework into the system, im not sure how to do it with apkmultitool, but with apktool it's very easy just look here manYo L, i was doing some work for an *undisclosed* member of this forums and your settings.apk was not too apkmultitools friendly, as in i could not recompile after the edits. yet my settings.apk would work just fine. something you might want to look into.
