Oh ok so I'm not alone on this I know ldrifta worked on those issues maybe we can look further into this
yeah i just adjusted the tweaks and it seemed to take care of it.. but for a full fix just remove those tweaks from the build.prop and it'll be like stock

how do you change the lockscreen to stock??? i flashed the zip file but it didnt change???
yeah i somehow broke it.. looking for a fix though.. last time i broke it was due to adding the LG Flags to build.prop.. i tried removing the 2 i have and still no fix so i need to do a lil more investigating.. :/ i will provide the fix with the lockscreen in one zip file for those who want to flash it :D (when i fix it lol)

Ok sorry how exactly I remove those tweaks what are those tweaks called once I go using root explorer

Got it decompiled, what file do i replace now? from the stock rom for this to work ...

When the framework from the stock ROM is used the Automatic Brightness works great and is not noticeable. I'm always In and OUT at work so I need the Automatic Brightness. There's is something/file with in the framework in this ROM that controls the Automatic Brightness. I'm new at this but I know that's where it is. I just cant find witch file...

Thank You.

Once you properly decompile the APK you will see the values folder.

Okay after decompiling framework-res.
Got to res>values. There's a file called array.xml. open the stock array and the one on this rom. If you want you can get notepad++ and look in array.xml for the autobrightness settings in it. And than just change the settings to the stock one.

Or you can just push the array.xml from stock into the #2 one. Not sure if that would change anything else though so try it for yourself and test it. Make a back up first though.

All the tweaks or the ones in the fix?
You can try opening the fix and opening the build prop than on your phone navigate to system> build prop. And just delete the ones in the fix.

Exactly. Was he talking about the tweaks in the fix or the overall tweaks in the build prop of this rom?

delete these:

# Decrease dialing out delay
ro.telephony.call_ring.delay=1000

# Disable black screen issue after call
ro.lge.proximity.delay=150
mot.proximity.delay=150

I flashed 1.8.1 Yesterday And now I can't get 4g To turn off. I have background data disabled in the settings but the 4g icon Is still present in the status bar And the internet is still working. Any suggestions?

Go to settings>wireless and networks>mobile network>uncheck data enabled.

Well being that background data has nothing to do with 4g that might be your problem. Lol

The person above has it right. ;)

I love this ROM. I am obsessed with battery life on my phone and with this ROM and Kernel plus "Tasker" with autosync and CPU speed profiles I have gotten the most battery life. I have tried the same profiles with numerous different rom/kernel combos and none compare to this one.

Thanks for the work you have put in to this brother.

Cant get this to work... :mad:
