Root [ROM][PORT][FINAL] MIUI 1.11.25-Triumph | 113011-2 (GB 2.3.7 based)

I thought it would be...

but looking at the files for the changes, they have unexplained directories. I understand a couple since I seen them before...

You can help with it?
Directories I can tell are in boot-ramdisk and in system/etc/hostpad,
Can you explain the others?

for some reason Titanium back keeps saying that it can get root access. Everything else has root but this app. Any reason why or how to fix it?

I just tried it still no luck! I even uninstalled and re installed and it still doesn't work. What I don't understand is that it worked on the last build. Then I updated to the newest build and it doesn't work.

What is wrong with the HDMI? I can understand not ever using it... but now that I have it, it's nice to take pictures on my phone and then have them on 50 inch screen. At any rate, I'm wanting to switch from the triumph myself... sorry to see you go (for now).

It doesn't exist at all in the code. There's absolutely no support for it in the ROM itself.

I re-flashed the ROM and downloaded Titanium again. There was a message in the beginning that I never saw about root being turned off by default. Once I opened up the settings in the SU app and turned it on..all was good! thanks for the help!!:D

Oh yeah u gotta do that first.

ooh...nooo.... lol don't say that. I thought you almost had it figured out.? :-p I haven't been on here in a while since I've been home from work for the past month. then I was like maybe Isaac figured hdmi out, then I read this and was devastated. lmao
 
I had flash MIUI, powered on, all good, went back into recovery restored data from a cynogen backup. Powered on force closing of media and android process. Im going to try titanium backup now...

Yeah, you don't want to restore data from cm7 onto miui and vice versa. Seems like everyone who's tried has run into a whole lot of fc's.
 
Titanium Backup worked good, except that I want my text messages back. It seems SpeedDemon V2.7 gives errors in WiFi, :( .

I've used SMS Backup & Restore for my text messages.
Doesn't do MMS.. but lets you back up and restore SMS between different ROMS.

I've even used it to backup and restore between Froyo and GB based ROMS (and back) and it works fine.
 
I just switched over to MIUI, and wondering if it's normal to have Launcher at 80% battery usage??? It's followed by Android System at 11%, then Cell Standby at 6%, Phone idle at 3%, etc. I formatted /system and reflashed MIUI 1.11.4 to see if maybe something got messed up, but remains at 80%. Any ideas?

Edit: Nevermind. I switched battery stats to unplugged usage and shows launcher at 1%. Not sure why total usage showed it so high...oh well.
 
Thanks, Isaac for releasing such an awesome ROM for everyone. You really drove Triumph development. Good luck in your future endeavours.
 
Hi I'm new to the MIUI roms and had just a couple questions. I couldn't find anything although I'm sure there is and I missed it completely. BTW. So far I'm really enjoying this rom. About to start playing with the themes.

On my lockscreen, I remove the stock mms app and use gosms pro, is there a way to make it display only the amount of unread texts as opposed to all texts you have?


Ok nevermind, I guess I just had one question for now lol. I know I have more but I'll search harder before asking once I remember what they are.
 
Help!! I've been trying to change the gEnableSuspend file back to 2 but ES File Explorer keeps telling me that an error has occurred and it won't save it. Since I flashed the newest rom my Wifi goes out after a while of not using and it seems to drain my batter a lot. Can anyone help me out please? Am I trying to change the right file?
