Root [ROM][PORT][FINAL] MIUI 1.11.25-Triumph | 113011-2 (GB 2.3.7 based)

This happened to me when I tried youmail (alternative voicemail services are not compatible with Virgin, btw). I called Virgin Mobile 1800 number and had them re-set my voicemail, worked like a charm :)

Yes. Easy. Just delete the voicemail, hangup and call it back again. The notification will be gone when it says you have no new messages.

Does it matter I am rooted and running MIUI?

You missed the point of my message. There are no voicemails to delete. I deleted it when I listened to it the first time. I called voicemail and even let it sit until it hung up on me. Still there.

Though I was on stock when this happened, I cannot imagine that it matters. Have you also tried a hard reset/battery pull, the repowering up? Good luck :)

Have someone you know leave you a message. Then you can delete that message, and hopefully it should go away. (I've had this happen several times.)
 
I'm new to this forum but Im on it everyday checking up on the new roms for my triumph I'm what u will call a rom-aholic lol but I do I have a quick question maybe someone could help me I have two roms I'm currently switching back an forth from one is newiest miui and second is newiest CM7 I've notice reception issues on miui is that an known issue

That did the trick! Called left myself a message. Called VM and listened to it and deleted it and the notification turned off immediately.

Me too and the browser would just FC. I tried for hours but no result. I really can't stand any of the browsers, just want the original one back. It was simple and fast.

I love MIUI and can't justify going back to CM7 just for the browser. :(

I was able to replace the search function back to google search when the key is pressed. Pleased about that and if anyone need help, let me know.

Assuming you are rooted and have cwm installed, if not there is a thread on it in the stickied section. Other wise just download, the lastest miui build, I suggest getting speed demon kernel as well by austrie and just flash in cwm. As per the directions in 1 or 2 post. Really easy to do. I'm running it right now.

Can someone help me install the MIUI extend settings mod?

[MOD] Extended Settings Menu Options

I download the 1.11.25 no overscroll and I keep getting "status 7" error , installation aborted.

I tried the META-INF/com/google/android/update-binary file workaround and it still aborts.

I'm running the lastest MIUI build. I did a clean wipe and reflashed the rom and still won't work.

Is there a specific version that works with our rom? If so can someone point me in the right direction?

I've flashed this mod myself and it works fine. Are you sure /system is mounted when you flash?
 
Hi,

I've been running this rom for a week, and it's great so far! The only issue I have at the moment is that I experience FCs whenever I attempt to upload videos from my Triumph onto Facebook (to share kids' photos with family and friends). I tried to search for the solution, but nada. Can anyone help, please?

I reproduced this just as described. On this and a few other notes, I would love to organize effort to recruit a dev to get us a MIUI update, this issue and lockscreen notifications/ weather manifest updates (not to mention sms/missed call previews) being the most obvious issues to address. What do we need to do? I'm glad to contribute to a kitty as needed. If I can't theme an up to date MIUI, I'm moving to another device/carrier by late spring, as MIUI GB is movibg ahead without us (with no ICS MIUI that I see in sight thus far) TIA :)

Would be nice to see an update for miui. I would do it for everyone if I knew how but I neither have the time or setup to do so

If I had the skills, I would contribute to the effort, but unfortunately, I don't. So until MIUI gets an update, I will just stay with CM7-Reloaded for now (everything on this rom works, except hdmi...).
