That is why I wanted to know what you were using in place of maps, maybe maps is the issue and not the rom. Not calling you a liar, not trying to get snippy, just want to know what I should be using before I try this again. That's all.

Thats why you back things up...or atleast save a backup. And like i said before. I flashed the Rom then C modem and last i flashed A-gps

Again, as I already posted, I have a backup of C saved.. I will reflash the rom and try navigator to see if it works and post results

Follow this right?

Method 3 (easiest if you use a compatible version of CWR or CWM)*:
1. Download the patch
2. Boot into CWR (Clockwork Recovery)
3. Mount /system/ partition (on the main menu, select the "Mounts and storage" option, then "mount /system")
4. Flash the patch (on the main menu, select "Install zip from sdcard," then "choose zip from sdcard," and find the zip and select it)
If you receive "(Status 0) Installation aborted" this Method will not work for you. Use one of the other methods.
5. Reboot the device
6. Review the NOTES section.

So basic from the confusion I'll list the steps you took please correct me if I'm wrong.

1. Stock C Rom
2. Pg's CM10
3. Bobz CM10
4. Flash C Modem
5. Agps fix 3.x CWM METHOD (optional)

5.install navigator app (from google play store)

Reason you need a new maps for navigation. Well atleast its what i used.

Well this us the reason for all the arguing your not running bobz build. Bobz and Pg's build have different bases. If you dont mind I'll post your method on the paranoid port see if it gets there.

Can you please link navigator app from play store.
 
Hey, just a question. On PG's build, which i'm using, when I go into recovery I only get to access the internal SD. Just wondering if there is a way to get the external to show up. Maybe a recovery change? I guess Also when I connect to the computer, the external is also a no show.
 
Press the home button to switch to external SD. Anybody try flashing cm with the GPS on and locked on when rebooting to recovery to flash cm? Pgs latest build cm locked on for me fine after settings GPS click internal antenna but turn by turn did not work.

Home button does not work. The external SD does not exist in this recovery. Meaning that in PG's build, a different recovery is installed.

I'll give it a try and post my results sometime 2mrrw. I'll try it on the paranoid port first since it's based on Pg's build.

If you get a chance could you test your Google maps and navigation for me without Wifi using only internal GPS and Mobile network wanna see if it will lock because the navigation app you use say it installs map data on your SD card.
