Root Root for Fierce 2?

Oy, I will do my best to get a root up and running, but until I actually know more about the phone, and yes I do have one, I cannot do this, so please be patient with me.

Can anyone please help me. I'm having trouble with my internet connection. It keeps acting up and slowing down. Sometimes it won't even let me connect. I came here hoping that there was a way to root, but no one has found a way that I can see. Plus my options are limited. Can anyone help me..

Here is an interesting note regarding root. According to the following twit from #SRSRoot, it supports TCL 7040T (Build: 6G1M-UDM2). This build number is dated Aug. 29, 2014. However, most people have build number 6G1C-UDCA dated July 13, 2014. That said, anyone with an updated firmware should give SRSRoot another go just to see. Also, for those that updated the firmware, please confirm if you have issue with 4G data connection after the update.

@LG Fanatic, if data connection issue occurs after a system update, what is the countermeasure. Is it possible to revert back to previous version? Is there a solution for those who did an update?

The data issues was really bad before the update, but they still persist after the update. Just not as bad, slow and laggy now. Before I could hardly ever use my data. And as always my service provider is of no help.

Aye, sorry to interrupt, I made progress, not much, so far I only made progress in the area of "This phone was hard to use at first, but I've gotten used to it". Still working on unlocking the boot loader, but haven't gotten far.

What is worst? Going without a stable data connection or do a factory reset and re-setup the phone again? What about doing a backup of your current apps on to an SD card and restoring them after the reset? Mind you, a factory reset may or may not fix the problem; just a guess at this time.

I have a problem with a 32gb micro sd i cant take fotos with the camera and i cant download from the playstore gives me errors its like I don't have space in it,maybe its for update :'(

Delete some of your pictures or connect ur phone to ur PC n SD card ad move the pictures from there to ur SD card... Very simple

You're having trouble downloading apps from the Playstore as well? Do they give you an "insufficient storage" error whenever you try to download and install an app?
