Another application that you might use a lot is Root Explorer. But that one costs a few $$.
I'm concerned about the error messages you're getting though. I remember getting a handful of those messages myself with Titanium Backup after I rooted.
When you open Titanium Backup. On the bottom is a button "Problems?". When you click on it, it'll open a pop-up box asking you to install a new version of busybox. Click the "Yes, Do It" button on the pop-up box. Let it do it's thing, and then after that you should be golden.
