Should be fun times

I know how times have changed. :p
At 32" toilet tv....:p oh man that is something.
I must say Im still very much considering your previous recommendation. On the Vizio 55. Thats a lot of TV for a G. I see they have an even less known brand for less. Still Im a tad leary. I know by and large the panels are often the same and sometimes you are just paying for a different label. But not always. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Still I suppose I'll go to walmart soon and just see what they got as well.

32" in the bathroom too big...or too small? :D

Well, I've been less than impressed with two different 32" Insignia HDTV's in our house (we have 8 TV's total LOL). I have the 55" Vizio in the Living Room and a 32" Vizio (bought around the same time) in the kitchen.

Here are the models I have purchased from Walmart:

Vizio 55" 1080p LCD HDTV - Walmart.com (55")

and this one
Vizio 32" LCD HDTV, 720p, 60Hz, E320VL - Walmart.com (32")

and this one (although I returned it for being too small)
Vizio 22" 1080p LED-LCD HDTV - Walmart.com (26")

Now, aside from the fact that these TV's are too close to each other (being the same brand) and sometimes changing the channel on one TV will change the channel on the other one (solved by putting a tiny square piece of duct tape over the sensor of the TV in the kitchen)...I have no complaints with either one. One of them is connected to the cable box but one is just straight coax. The internal TV tuner for the Vizio TV is flat out better than the Insignia TV's that I have. Channels change faster, more HD channels are found with the Vizio during setup, and navigating to those HD channels is much easier.

I bought the Vizio TV's because they were priced right...I'm recommending them because they are worth every penny ;)

Looks nice. Enjoy!

Looking at the pics I can imagine my 9yr old daughter asking if there are any bugs as soon as we get out of the car...she is so not the outdoorsy type :D

Thanks for suggestions on the tv's. I will keep Vizio under consideration. I recall their led-lcd really impressing me at costco when it was in stock there.
The nice thing about this cabin is it in modernized inside including satellite tv and the works but we're not going there for tv. Lot of board games, cards, food and fires. Although my son is borderline pryo like me so :p
Should be a nice time

looks like you guys will have a good time :)...one of my old friends had/has a cabin in upstate new york we used to go to every winter and get snowed in at for days a time...a lot fun times...ah memories

Well I pulled my left groin at the gym tonight doing squats. I went with ego over brains and paid the price. Hopefully it not as bad as I fear and it wont effect my trip tomorrow:o:(

Sitting at work with nothing to do is boring. Though, it does give me plenty of time to play with my phone (ok, that just sounded bad).

That cabin looks awesome saps, enjoy it :) Hope the pulled muscle heals quickly, stretch it if you can.

Well, no cabin here, but this is what it looks like outside today after being almost 60 and sunny yesterday:

And I absolutely love it (no sarcasm, I'm a skiier :)).

Great stuff Maz. Yeah I have a 15 year old Toshiba and its still going strong all be it in its last month of service likely.

Im totally there with ya on the stretching. Its amazing how much I know about "fitness" but how much I still have to learn. Im really hammering my hip flexors and hips/glutes. Wow. Plus Im using those lacrosse balls for soft tissue break up  talk about pain but its the only way for relief so it must be done.

Back to TV's Im kinda torn because I look at some of the littler 42" sizes and they seem pretty decent I mean bigger is just bigger although everyone says get the biggest tv you can afford and admittedly I am 15 years on my last purchase so I probably should aim high, still we'll see

I can definitely see the lacrosse balls helping/hurting quite a bit. Have you tried using a raquetball? Those are a little more forgiving since they are basically a hollow lacrosse ball, but they can still help a lot. Yeah, the pain can be so intense, but it hurts so good (to me) :) I also use a foam roller for soft tissue breakup/massage to aid in recovery, and that works out quite well. There's a website here that I have gotten those from. I always chuckle at the name of the site. I have one of the basic white ones and one of the black ones. I prefer the PB elite molded one (black) because it holds up better and is quite a bit firmer. It's limited by it's size as to what you can target, but if larger muscle groups need some attention (hamstrings, hip/glut region, lat/trap muscles) then it works really well.

As far as TV's go, I have heard nothing but positive things with regards to Vizio.

afternoon all, hope those of you having today off enjoyed ur 3 day weekend (i did)

Lucky! :D

I miss the Air Force on days like this. Spent the day at work while I would've had a 4 day weekend. Of couse...I haven't had to spend months or years deployed lately either.

Rub it in people, some of us had to work today ;)

On a completely different note, I am LOVING the new computer I put together :D This thing flies  This is my first build, and any of you who have contemplated building one I would highly recommend it. It is an extremely fun and educational experience :) Now I need to get some games to really test it out :D

Just playing around with the guitar trying to get this song down as best I can. Im surprised about how good the Fascinate's camera and mic is (But I could REALLY use a tripod). Although the sound is WAY overpowering for my computer to record, it sounds "decent" (My guitar and Amp SUCK!) through the phone. Im impressed. Dont mind the bad of playing, im still trying to get it down perfect.

I hate missing that last note on the opening riff...BOTHERS ME SO! *Click to watch*

BTW the song is called Desprate by Fireflight. A really good hardrock christian band.

Back, sorta, I ended up getting real sick Monday. So sick they turned me away from blood donation yesterday too. My diastolic BP was 104-110 so I was not in good shape. Just popping in to post some pics and then peace out. I need to rest so Im good for tomorrow. 1 sick day is permissible, 2 is not

If you didnt know and apparently I didnt chopping trees is a heck of a workout. I was huffing and puffing after just one minute of swinging that axe.

Thats probably it for pics. I took maybe 120 or so but these are a good enough highlight. Now I just need to rest up.

Im halfway surprised to return to technology and find we're still on SC 2.4 but thats good too. Was halfway hoping for a nice Kaosinate V6
