Root Sense Hero 2.1 ROM for ROOT Fully Working

Just flashed it, im currently looking at a SenseHero boot screen and it seems stuch there!!1
 
I wiped the Dalvik cache, mine errored when I tried to wipe the ext partition, Flashing vilian 5.2 next

Thanks for that info. When you say "not very good", how does it compare to 1.5 where power consumption is concerned? I now can get about 2 days of juice out of a single charge (the phone goes into silent mode and shutdown data connections for 8 hours per day), will it survive 24 hours with this thing?
 
The disappearance of all the green is because of the theme.

You don't need an Ext partition unless you want apps2sd.

The 6 large icons is the google nav app (Just called 'Navigator' in the menu).

With modaco 1.5 and various tweaks I got good battery life, about 3 days worth, but this one you'd probably get a day max. I don't think there's going to be much improvement on that until the proper 2.1 either.
 
Have had enough of this malarky. I'm running Modaco 2.9 but I want 2.1 dammit! Sooo, I'm doing it tonight. And tomorrow I'm download all the apps you can't have on 1.5. Even the ones I know I'd never use. :D

It's funny how many apps there are in the new market that I don't remember seeing in 1.5. Also it is great being able to see screen shots.
 
Yeah I updated today, after initial start up problemes, reflashes and wipes have got sense 2.1 on mine. I am with you phillevy on the improved marketplace. All seems to work fine, decided to do a clean install of apps so didnt use titanium.
 
Installed this last night/ this morning. Nice ROM, a lot faster, and yes, new market. All good so far.
 
I have just gone from Modaco 3.2 to Sense Hero 2.1. Does anyone else here agree that the 2.1 is, well, a little laggy? It reminds me of how my phone was out of the box. At this rate, I might go back to Modaco 3.2.. unless there is anything else I am missing to speed the rom up?

Mine is not as fast as 3.2 but far better than out of box - certainly acceptable enough to keep bearing in mind the 2.1 benefits. An update is due tonight/tomorrow that should improve things further.
