wow that kinda is a no win loss there for what I'm guessing is beautiful widgets your running? (only cos nearly EVERYONE runs it lol)....I say I never seen that problem with fancy widgets and I used to hide my status bar and then unhide it and it would just shuffle things down a scootch...but thats it..

and I remember you saying bout Gmusic so that makes sense you would have that and the more superior poweramp :D saying that, I still haven't tested out the beta for poweramp 2....cant really be bothered right now, kinda in the that mindset of "if it aint broke..."...
 
That picture is a one off. Don't know why it cut it off that time but hasn't since and hadn't before either.

Usually it just pushes it down

Currently trying out and playing with GO launcher .. and it's an awesome launcher so far haha..anyone can help me get this dock icon and the icons for the appdrawer, message and phone? Greatly appreciate your help :D

Yeah, I'm using the ICS version at the moment :)

I like the option to toggle widget interactions from the slider - that's something that meets a need for me (activate when I want music controls, off otherwise to minimise unwanted waking).

nevermind, kevin emailed me to tell me that all updates are handled 'in app' for those who bought direct.....also just found that on the site too..

kinda feel a right pillock now haha
 
liked it, as i had paid for it last year. tested and looked nice but there is the issue that i cant control music with the volume controls. only the volume. thats a deal breaker for me

I have to wait until I get bored of my current lockscreen, which I'm pretty happy with, before I deploy the new sliders in the field.

What settings do you use for that? Does it turn vol control off? I can't remember how it works. Long press for skip?

in widget locker make sure volume controls are enabled
power amp responds to your custom lock screen music controls which has
long press for skip short for volume.

i believe its built into the cm/redux lock screen you have included as i checked poweramp 2 options and its not there (unless its just enabled by design now)

EDIT: you have to enable "respond to headset buttons" in poweramp options.
you have something in this rom that says when the screen of off it volume controls behave in the above manner .

EDIT:2 settings>interface settings> lockscreen music controls

yep, i can also classified myself as a pillock too because i did the same thing.

i was running a cheeky RCMix ROM with the new Sense 3 lockscreen. now i'm back to dGB with widgetlocker running the ICS lockscreen.

best of both worlds!
 
Ha ha. I've had a hankering for the lock for a while. Even followed progress on porting it.

It was never enough to make me go back to sense though

i know what you mean but i'm a recent rooter so i'm still weaning myself off Sense.

i was running GO L Ex with the beta lockscrens but still wasn't happy. now i have my "old" LPP with the new widgetlocker and i'm finally happy-ish until i get bored.
 
It took me a while to move from LPP to Go, but its so much smoother on my device and constantly updated. The loop on homescreens is so much better too. No lag like I got in LPP
