Very nice post-modern rasta look. Is that Simi for folders?

I can't remember why I ditched Simi for Auto App Organizer all those months ago. Imma download it again to find out.

If you don't use simi, there's something wrong with ya

I don't use Simi....I use the built in folder thing in GO...though still waiting for them to allow it for the dock..

would love folder use in CM settings too....using long press on physical keys for me would just be brilliant to use folders...alas..not gonna happen..or has it?

Simi is good. I just swipe on my app drawer dock and get a transparent simi of my favourite, most used apps...

ok...scratch what I said....just found I CAN have folders on the dock with go...just drag an drop baby...not bad....still if only CM will allow it on a physical key

I should be putting a new screen up tomorrow...just need to sort out some icons and GO theme...yes Dan....I'm back on GO...told you it wouldn't be long haha..

but had a major overhaul when I found out wave launcher now loads up widgets without needing a homescreen...which opens it up a bit for me to play some more ^.^

well heres my new set up (again lol)

Go Launcher EX running with Wave Launcher 1.8.1 (with widget support) with custom wallpaper from Eyebeam over at "Willing To Make Wallpapers"..

the explosions are all embedded into the wallpaper itself and cos I am running transparencies again with dock and clock, it looks really nice. I also used a mix of Ice Cream Sandwich icons (phone, text) with just a random icon found off google for my app drawer. Gmail is on a gesture with text as well which is good for me.

The real change here is wave launcher...I'm really loving the new widget support for it...means I can bring up smooth calendar, poweramp and my expense app widgets at anytime...which is pretty cool....I've also just stuck other important apps on the launcher too.

how do you make it transparent Dan? and in the middle of the screen?

It Simi folder, go to the folder>settings>launcher settings>Launcher appearance. Set the alpha slider at 0 in background, frame and arrow.

As for in the middle, thats just where a 2 row folder opens when launched from the dock on my screen.

Assume you are talking about Cyanogen Mod? If so i've found a way to do it. Note using CM7.1

You need the app Folder Organiser and use this to create a folder (they call them labels, but it looks like a folder to me).
Then in cyanogenmod settings -> input -> long press (either home or menu) tick "use custom application". then select "folder organiser folder link" from the custom application list.
Have used the app for ages to create folder links in the dock on Launcher Pro.

Hope this helps.
Will get some screenshots of mine up shortly, gone for a psuedo ICS look.

thanks! :D

I went with SiMi folder instead...I prefer it to folder organiser...still does the exact same job...now I can set facebook AND google plus on the menu key and remove google plus now from my wave launcher....will do the same with camera apps too now ^.^
