I can't remember where I got it from though but stoopadams version will do just fine
I allready changed something though.
I've removed the Beautiful widget clock on the homescreen and replaced it with Digital clock widget

Let me know if you'd like that dock and those icons. I'll pack them and send them to you

Seems to be this one: Last Call Widget

EDIT: Saw a good tip in the reviews - use it together with Call Confirm and you can switch on the Quick Dial function of the Widget with no worries.

This is my attempt at a minimalist layout, using Launcher Pro and Folder Organizer to create menus to minimalize the number of apps on my screens. I have Launcher Pro set to use 3 docks - the first one has the main phone functions, another has all my organizer stuff (gMail, Astrid, Calender, AK Notepad and OI Shopping List) and the last has my favorite apps.

Do you know about the icon swipe shortcuts in LauncherPro? You could merge your IMDb/Flixster apps, dialer/contacts, notepad/shopping list, and so on. And then put even more stuff on your dock, if you wanted.

Just a suggestion.

It's a cool feature but you need to remember what the swipe does! mightymax got it right - use swipe to open apps that are related to the tap app (notes/shopping list, etc)
