How were you able to order a replacement? I've called and they told me I had to take it in to a corporate store. Are you a new customer? I ordered directly from sprint.com

I could not wait I had to order a new one.
It should be here next week (I'm not that lucky that it will show up on Friday).
My hope is I have better luck with getting it from Sprint I'm sick of going to Best Buy.

I called tele sales to see if they would allow me to upgrade a few days early since my earliest date was July 1. She said if I had a good reason her supervisor may allow it since it was only a few days away. I gave them a nice earful about how I've hated my BB tour and how i'm ready to throw it away. Approved.
Having the phone shipped to my sister's house in Michigan since i'll be leaving for up there Thursday afternoon. Figure it should arrive Friday.

I ordered mine last night around 7:00 PM EDT (default free shipping) and it's already out for delivery this morning. They shipped via UPS.

I placed my order around 9:15pm (EDT) and my order says still processing. You probably placed your order just in time for the last pickup.
As long as it arrives tomorrow or Friday i'll be happy as a pig in sh*t

Funny to here they are selling well, but just like the Inc, where are they? I went on a DC trip, so hand plenty of time on the trains and in restaraunts to see what devices people have. During my many miles and stopsover four days, I did not see one EVO or Inc.
Where are all the phoooooones?
BTW, my Inc has phone call quality issues (listening to calls) and you guys have a pinkish display. I think I would prefer the pink right now, assuming of course the display does not start coming off at the bezel
Actually, HTC just fixed that with Epson displays. I (and many others) am waiting on an apparent "software update" to fix poorish call quality that was verified by VZW.
Seems devices have more problems these days. My guess is they rush them out too quickly and use us as beta testers for first runs. I hope I am joking.
