Nope....definitely is an issue with the previously "remembered" connection....wifi just scans now.....
tried installing one of P3's kernels that supposedly has a wifi "fix" but no change....
how would i put this on my droid?? please help!!!
I'm really loving this ROM, so I'm going to enjoy having the same one for a day or two and wait for Fab to optimize the latest BBeast. But man, how awesome is this? It's a week's worth of goodies! It's like taking Christmas, extending it the length of Hanukkah, and giving it to us in June.
Holy cow, I'm officially a nerd.
That is the one that broke my 3G. I reflashed NexFro and tried the Airplane trick again, but no dice. So I flashed BB Froyo and my 3G was still gone, tried the Airplane trick and it worked.
I guess I'll probably just sit on this until Fab releases what I'm sure will be an amazing rendition of the newest BB
That just about sums it up.
For the time being, I'm running BB Froyo just so I can get wifi working. I much rather run NexFro but wifi gone bananas is no good
I actually have a script that removes the launcher for you:
Code:su rmlauncher
On another note, I found out what was breaking the wifi...now fixing it might not be that easy...
no not rooted..... and i cant put anything on my sd card and flash it i guess u would call it... thats why i said help!!
Do I need to install 2.2 first? Or will the update.zip do it for me?
Ok, thank you! And if I decide to go back to a 2.1 ROM will it downgrade again when I choose that 2.1 ROM?
On another note, I fixed the f*kn wifi issue.
