While i do not post or use the "girly" wallys, and respect your decision, I would most certainly disagree with the posts being "pornographic".
A 13 yr old standing in wally-world line would see more exposure on a cosmo cover. As this does not effect my posts, I'm just stating my personal opinion.

this might be a dumb question but how do i resize things to fit as wallpapers that i can actually recognize..and can I do the same with pics, taken from the phone and not from the phone...if someone can help please assume i have no idea what im doing when trying to explain..THANX A BUNCH

look back at post #739 for a short tut on photo shopping,
posted by contagous, he is pretty darn good at it.

Me on the other hand am not. I find a close size or do very simple resize (which still can come out kinda funky distorted at times) but most are alright.
the simplest way for me, is to just find a wally that is a tad bigger (the smaller the org pic , the worst it will turn out) than the inc size , so a little bigger than 960x800, that way you can crop it to your liking.
yes you can use the pics taken by inc. i have on several occasions.

menu>wallpapers>select source>select pic next you should see pic with green box on it, touch a side/corner on box and arrows will appear, that crops your pic to the size you want, then you can drag the box to the area you want. tap save and it will save it as wally
