[Verizon] [ROM][4.0.4] AOKP ICS B40/M6/Mods (7/8)

Had anyone else noticed lockscreen music controls being really flaky? Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not... And sometimes it shows up for a second and then disappears instantly

Mine work like they're supposed to when I use them. I don't use them everyday though.

Assuming the leaked OTA becomes the real OTA, B36 should include everything the leaked 4.0.4 OTA does as far as proprietary binaries. :)

I saw you had changed it so I installed from goo, then noticed you had changed back to b36. :D

Surprised that Roman hadn't tweeted about it.

Yeah from what I gather @ rootz it's still not "officially" released yet. Not sure what to make of that....
 
I'm on 37. Minor tweaks. Works fine. D/l'ed from goo. BTW, I changed the title. Sorry if I stepped too far out ahead. If you want, change it back. Sorry.

Hah I wondered why it was at B37 last night and I couldn't find it. I like to wait till it is up on the AOKP site per Roman before posting here.

No problem, I'm not always around so thanks for keeping me updated :)

B37 is stellar in my book!
 
Anyone having problems downloading using goomanager? I can't get a download to complete on my phone, but it works no problem on the computer. Kind of a shame, I liked the idea behind goomanager...now to just make it work...

One potential issue, I'm wandering about at work, so probably jumping between WiFi access points a bit. Though you'd think a cellphone would be able to handle that sort of moving about without any trouble...

I've never used goo manager.

And your right your phone should connect and reconnect seamlessly imo
 
Rookie question, if I want to install this SG3 addon on top of AOKP, do I install CM9-nightly first on top of AOKP? I'm not sure what that is.

Can someone explain? Don't feel like bricking my phone tonight :-)

Wiped dalvik and cache, flashed this s3 addon? I can't see any difference. Oh well.

I'm presently on 37 stock theme. I don't like how cm9 themes, nowadays, break elements like my animated battery bars. Oh well. I was using natemodz red. Broke the battery bar. No more. Stock blue.

CM9 is a ROM....like AOKP. All you have to do is follow instruction #2 provided by "madphone" which says: Flash NEXUS_S3_TWICS_ADDON with ClockWorkMod Recovery! and reboot :)

Thanks a lot... Someone said on the other forum to use the red link as the blue ones are for Galaxy S.

Did you dnld the RED zip in the download link?

You don't need to wipe anything before flashing this :)
