You can backup things, like email settings, but I don't recommend it. Especially changing builds (like 4.0.3 to 4.0.4).

Sadly, just back up your apps and do the rest the manual way.

All of them, heh. Specifically, the things in the "ROM Control" settings pages, since there's a fair bit of customization there. Otherwise, things like lockscreen options would be nice, though I suspect that's not possible, as it's kind of a giant, gaping security hole to save the pattern/pin/password anywhere else...
 
That's the price you pay for a fresh install.

You could use Boot Manager to install ROMs to, but honestly, I don't see the point. I bought the program but never use it.

Well,

I love it. I was on AOKP until 4.0.4 leak dropped and it's good to be back. Missed the customization and, of course, the toggles. It is super speedy and I can only imagine that b30 will be bombshell delicious!

I read a few reports of this also. Funny thing is that it IS updating for others. The random world of flashing, bugs, and roms!

Looks like the kang team is really working hard to make 30 quite special, and even more so, bug-free.

I wanted to wait like you, but I knew AOKP 4.0.4 would be butter topped with strawberry jelly on perfectly toasted sourdough! Willing to fully wipe again! :) (Queue marginally dirty joke from the Girl Guide:p)
