[Verizon] [rom]jbsourcery v5.4-lte[06/07/13] jb4.2.2 The Final Call

I tried a clean install using the maximus gapps and lost my phone services completely. Restored my nandroid and back on 4.2. Maybe I will try again this weekend. I have no idea what went wrong.

I dirty Flashed from 4.2 to 4.3 and all seemed fine until I started get SOD's. I did a clean install (Factory Reset, Wipe System, Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik) installed 4.3 and Maximus Inverted. I let everything restore from the market (as instructed) and them used TI to install anything else I needed.

Everything is working great so far! Having Market restore is a pain, but seems to help with issues. I always wipe the system as well... might be redundant, but doesn't hurt.

Great ROM. I can't believe how together the Sorcery group is! So many options. Well done to all!

I'm running out of tricks here. I am installed 4.3 using a clean wipe and standard 12-12-12 Gapps. Still having a devil of a time with my Bluetooth. It drops, controls don't work, total pain. Please advise. I may revert to 4.2 as an experiment.

I only connect to my 2012 Honda Pilot via Bluetooth and everything works fine for me.

p.s. I just flashed the new 4.3 Patch. No issues. Didn't wipe anything. So far so good.

Not a single Bluetooth issue here.... Tested with multiple Bluetooth headsets and a nice long drive connected to my Ford sync. Best build yet!

Remember those goodies I mentioned above, that were no longer available through irc? Well, they're downloadable via the sourcery toolbox! And more stuff too! Way cool. Way.Cool! :)

Guess it's time to install the Experimental Mods.. I assume that's where the cool stuff is?

Anyone using a Kernel other than stock? I'm not getting that great of Battery life on 4.2 or 4.3 and I have an extended battery. Might try another Kernel this weekend. Any suggestions? Franco or Trinity? or something else?

I like tiny... But recently it's been eating my battery. I flashed project elite kernel Jan 7 build... it's from the same source eagle uses... been great!

im scared of those experimental builds so i'll watch the game(s) and wait to hear what the hoopla is all about with those later...

Hopefully 4.4 doesn't require a wipe. I had to wipe from 4.1>4.2 and 4.2>4.3. I'm getting a bit chafed.... :D
do as you wish.. we wil lalways suggest a wipe when moving from 1 version to another.... in the last year, have dirty flashed twice and both times parts of the rom were not functioning correctly... so I wipe every time now.... Thank god I only flash about 15 times a month :D

Went from Sourcery 3.1 to 4.3 last night. So far I'm loving it. Sourcery is the best ROM I've ever used.

lol, i went from 3.2 to 4.3 the other day and after tinkering with 4.2.1 i just missed how simply beautiful 4.1.2 worked and went back to 3.2...

theres just still that incomplete feel to 4.2.1 to me, cant put my finger on it tho, well in the meantime im back to 3.2 (4.1.2) waiting for google to do a real update...

Lean 5.7 just came out. So far, a little snapper than 5.6

Which one did you flash, 180 or 230? I'm still on sock kernel and the battery could be better. Only ROM i found with good to better battery life is Eclipse, but it lacks some features only Sourcery has.... That I know of...
