Maybe I should wait til 4.1.2?
I really don't know what I did!
Yes I pulled my battery but that was after I shut down. I have two batteries and was swapping out for the freshly charged battery. Then it just wouldn't boot.
I tried restoring a nandroid, which failed at data. Tried a different one, no go!
So I wiped and flashed b40 AOKP. Bootloop!
Had to change recovery to twrp so I could mount USB and pull all files from SD as I hadn't backed up. Then flashed back to stock 4.0.4. So yeah, I am up and running but boy am I missing a lot. All my stuff is on my computer and I am worn from staying up 3 extra hours to save my phone just to set an alarm to sleep for two hours and have a functioning phone!
I feel like flashing jellybelly again since I don't have any files to lose so if I had to flash back I could do so without all the angst.
Just feel like something hasn't yet been discovered about Jelly Bean in terms of the data corruption that is occurring. We never dealt with long boot times and corrupt partitions until now. And this has occurred with folks who flashed the nandroid hack as well as the recent AOSP builds. Something tells me not everything is as official as it seems.
My 2 cents!

Wow, this thread AND Rootz have come to a screeching halt!
Do you think that maybe - just maybe - 3.4 is IT? I mean, he just released a gapps 7-13 to flash to tie up loose ends (that I've already tied up, but may flash them just to clean up the code on my phone)... but other than that, it's about as close to Jelly Bean perfection as I can imagine.
All we need now is AOKP to come along with its myriad of customizations and then... stick a fork in me, baby, I'm DONE!
What is said is new in the new Gapps? And anyone reporting any bugs? I'm running pretty good but unlike some others, I always think there's room for improvement. So what's the verdict?
You know, I'm kind of in the camp with JBDan here. Everything works just the way I want it. Unless something new develops, no need to flash anything. Taking no chances on fixing something that ain't broke.
Dang, miss a few hours and this thread grows like someone put miracle grow on it
Is anyone else having an issue with Google Voice not working? I am on 3.4 and it will not log into Google Voice.

Edit: A working Verizon login app would be awesome, too!
Loving Jelly Bean again!

I posted a link to the verizon login client that is needed for the my verizon moble app to work. It's working for me.
Verizon login client - Galaxy Nexus - RootzWiki
In case anyone wants to use the my Verizon mobile app
Anyone else's recents acting screwy occasionally? Click it and try to scroll and it stops as if it can't go any further, then flickers, and then continues all the way?
One thing that I need to get used to is the voice output when I'm using maps. One thing I have noticed is that it waits till you're almost to the point where you need to turn and then it tells you. Since I done this out in the country and I knew the turn was coming up, but how does this work in a city setting? The older version would start telling me at quarter a mile away that my turn was coming up. Guess I'll check this again tomorrow when I take a trip to another town.
So I am back on JellyBelly but I can't install Flash from the market. It is on my PC as a Titanium Backup file (.zip.trz). Anyone down to load it up to dropbox for me?
