Try going into Settings - Apps - All - Maps > Clear both Data and Cache
reboot to recover, fix permissions, and reboot.

The GAPPS programs changed, and so did the permissions...usually happens with a dirty flash, but has been reported as happening on a clean one too...

This worked for me..now GPS lock in less than 5sec...and perfect Nexy Lady! (she can even pronounce the street names here pretty well)

Weirdest thing. I dirty flashed 3.7 this morning at work. No WiFi at work. No problem all day. I get home. Instantly, in range of my network at home, I'm in a boot loop. I managed to turn off WiFi, I'm fine. In fact I'm posting on my phone now. 3.7 not happy with WiFi?

Known issue. It's doing that for me too. It is fine with wifi on and not connected to an AP, but as soon as it's connected it reboots.
 
I just got home from work and once I tried connecting to my WiFi my phone rebooted and I'm stuck in a boot loop....back to 3.6 for me. Phone boots to the lock screen then reboots again, just keep happening over and over and I don't get enough time to turn WiFi off. Fixing permissions does not help. Restoring 3.6 now.

Same thing happened to me. I had installed the My VZW app today that didn't work and it tried to load about the time it crashed on the loop. I blamed the app and flashed 3.7 again and am working fine now.

No not jumping ship just trying out something else since I've been on JellyBelly since inception. I followed a few xenon users and read carefully. Those users are also 2 theme devs and when they gave this high marks I dove in. Trust me it is really good :)
 
Flashing XenonHD now. I agree with VSaint, there's just a few too many bugs for my liking, and I haven't given any other ROMs a shot.

It's gorgeous on the stock kernel, but I threw franco r221 on it 2 days go and it's tops.

Volume wake is built in. Also some neat added features to the stock browser. Apex launcher by default and it's uber butter. Also, different transitions built into this rom and they are much more consistent and smoother. Everything is smoother, not faster, if that makes sense to you.

Only thing I can think of that some may not agree with is the reflective nav keys. I'm cool with it, just not my first choice.

edit: noti bar pulldown toggles coming in v3!

yeah, it never hurts to try!

it's easier to try that first, then try to dirty flash the rom and gapps if that doesn't work, before having to go back all the way to an earlier nandroid, as i believe ryancmatchett has said before

Too late to flash tonight but man, all these choices now. I've been with Jelly Belly since the start. Xenon looks good though.
 
I still have not had any real issues with this ROM. It seems to me that if you keep at as close to stock without really messing with anything major via mods/kernels/apps, you should be safe. If it doesn't work all that great with your tweaks then try something else. I would avoid saying that this isn't a "good" ROM because it has worked fantastically for the majority of the people on here.

There are zero ROMs out there that don't have any bugs. ZERO.

I haven't had any problem with this ROM either except for 3.1 or 3.2 when Google Now wouldn't process and voice requests. But i'm always looking to try something new.
