I actually just confirmed it without having to flash it. I looked at the changelog for the AOKP 6/25 build and it said it is Android 4.4.4.

I just tried it and could download...Unfortunately, another bug I noticed with the new C-RoM build is it's inability to download anything from browser. I tried using Chrome and the AOSP browser. If you like C-RoM though, use the 2nd latest build. Everything works. There are some bugs, but that's true with basically every ROM.

Using Chrome beta so don't know if that's it
I'm new to this forum, but have been lurking on this thread for a while. It has been a great resource for finding new roms.
I have been running the latest C-Rom release for the last few days and besides bluetooth not working, I have not experienced any of the issues you mentioned. It has been one of the fastest and most stable roms I have run in a while. I am using Gapps from Liquid Smooth which can be found by going to the link in the OP and moving up a few levels until you see a gapps folder. It's based on Slim Gapps with a few extras thrown in and works great with any roms using a TRDS dark UI toggle.
I also have to mention that GideonX is also the dev for BMS kernel which I highly recommend and run with any rom I install. Search BMS Kernel and the first link should take you to his G+ community.
I have has c-rom since they released 4.4.4 and only issue has been BT. I did full wipe (even internal SD and format system, always do anyway)I'm glad that you only had bluetooth issues with the latest C-RoM build. I might have to re-download it. The download could've been interrupted without me realizing it. Apparently, other ROMs are having the same bluetooth issues. I've read that it's not working with the latest couple of builds of AICP and Carbon is having issues too. I'm hoping that GideonX does his own version of C-RoM. He does do great work and I've heard a lot of God things about the BMS kernel.

I read that BT problems come from Cyanogenmod, and being the base for the majority of this roms, that's probably the issue
Hopefully it will be patched and released soon... Loving c-rom with different kernelThat actually makes a lot of sense since different ROMs are having the same issues.
Which 4.4.4 ROM has BT working?I found a 2nd link for Paranoid Android d2lte ROM. It has a couple extra nightly builds on it that the 1st link doesn't have. Not sure if they are 4.4.4. It looks like PA 4.4.4 FINAL is rolling out, meaning PA has gone beyond the nightly stage. But I haven't been able to find it for d2lte. For fans of PA, I suggest trying out the new builds on the 2nd link to check out what they are.

Sorry for something irrelevant but I'm hoping someone just skips and goes to skip to android L looks pretty cool
I'm already looking through the list of ROMs hoping one of them is Android L. Probably won't happen until the fall with its official release. I agree though, it looks awesome.
Well nexus 5 & 7 got the Dev version yesterday. So hopefully when it actually comes out. Some one will port it. They have the keyboard which I'm trying out!
Is it possible to dirtyflash a 4.4.4 ROM on top of a 4.4.3 is its the next gen? I.E- "flashing C-ROM 4.4.4 on top of C-ROM 4.4.3"
Don't know if that'll work. You might have to clean flash it only because it is a different Android version, although the difference is below the surface. And by the way, there is no C-RoM 4.4.3. They went from 4.4.2 straight to 4.4.4.
Maybe someone else would have more knowledge of this. Are trying to dirty flash it so it acts like an OTA?
Is that fleksy?
Nope! New Google keyboard featured in Android L
