Early 20 buck upgrade? For real! Well they never tell you that, or at least not me.
Well all it takes is one phone call, when I'm interested enough to do so.
faster speeds basically, and it's not true 4g either, it's just faster than 3g
Exactly, its more of a "next generation " type of thing.
I forget the actual speed 4g is classified as but I know this is not it
Ridiculous! And two years down the road we will all have no choice but to be on 4g. Money hungry assholes! Why would it be 20 bucks more?
Yeah, I was just looking at that to. 5GB a month is $50 which is $20 more than an unlimited 3G plan. Are you guys willing to pay that? I don't think I am as I usually just use wifi.
I heard its going to be $10 less than the 29.99 price now.
Oh shit, that's right! I forgot all about Bell Atlantic
yeah I constantly upgrade yearly, and from past experience there is no early upgrade fee of 20 dollars. You just have to pay for the phone at its "2 year" price.
The 2 year upgrade is where Verizon will give you $100 towards a new phone, however it's a rip off. With all the mail in rebates they offer now, you rarely qualify for a full 100 bucks, they credit you with the mail in rebate and then subtract that from your new every 2 100 credit. It's bullshit if you ask me, but the 1 year is nice cause you qualify for the "2 year price" and can take advantage of any online offerings as well as mail in rebates. I was 1 year into my last phone and I qualified for my dinc on pre-order which was the intro price of 199.
4G for Verizon is true 4G. [/URL]
Well, according to WikiPedia, VZW's LTE network will be compatible with LTE-Advanced, when it comes out
