Welp,

I'm gonna say goodnight. It's been a heck of a day. Great excitement. I love this new rom. P3 did a great job. You know who else did a great job? YOU GUYS! You guys are fanTASTic! You always bend over backwards to help folks who are having trouble, especially newbies. Your kindness and depth of character really shone brightly today. There was a lot of opportunity to do so, right?

I have to think that we have the most positive, helpful and friendly section in all of Android Forums! Anyone agree? :D

I agree. After these passed few days I'm feeling really good about this phone! Not that I wasn't before, but it was just getting too slow on here. Lately, I've not been on much but every since the leak its like overdrive refreshing and brushing up on deodexing (which I did manually only to find out xultimate got updated -__-).

This is the best section in all the forums

And i agree i havent been trolling the site this much for awhile.....and the help here is amazing, the first time i needed to SBF i was worried and i got the walkthrough and last night to flash the Rooted GB i had to do it again...CAKE! Thanks again DXer's!
 
i know we all were newbies at one time, and now some of us are helping others, or developing things for the dx, i must say this is friendliest section in the forum as far as helping others, and answering the same questions over and over again without any kind of anger towards the newbies.

i myself havent been on here much lately, as the lack of news hasnt been here, and it seems most questions get answered before i can finish reading the matter at hand, but im glad this section is the best in these forums! we deserve a medal ^_^
 
This forum certainly is awesome for helping get things done. Can't ask for a better group of people to depend on when you need help. When I upgrade to another device I will be very weary of what sort of support I'll be able to get for it. It's almost like I want everyone on a DX to chose the next device we need to go to just so that I know we'll all be digging in the same sandbox together and helping eachother with the next sandcastles being built.

But all in all Phandroid is a very friendly place. So I'll entrust the people in the next section I frequent to be as friendly and helpfull as everyone here has been. I'm sure I'll see some of you where ever it is I go. Not that I'm shoving off just yet... but the time is going to come sooner or later.

I really wish more people here would frequent the Lounge more. That's where I've been spending the vast majority of my time over the past few months. The Lounge and the Droid Lounge. There are a lot of fantastic conversations/debates that go on in those two places all the time. You guys should check them out.

I agree, this is the bestest forum in the UNIVERSE!!! :D

It was getting a little slow around here lately, I'm glad the X community got a little boost to liven things up.

Everyone here is awesome. Not all snarky and condescending like some forums.

Now, bring on the GB goodness. I can't wait. (My wife is going to hate me :D )

I have to agree, there's certainly a strong community feeling here in the X forums with some very knowledgeable and friendly folks leading the way.

I hope Rob and co. appreciate what a great thing they've got going on here. I know that I for one, appreciate having this site and these forums as a place I always enjoy coming to to visit all my friends.

you know i kinda want the same thing :p

i visited the evo 3d forums not to long ago, and saw some bashing, i stepped in on it, and one guy was defending the guy doing the bashing, but i got the thread back on topic ^_^ but im hoping the helpfullness will follow on all these forums, i just know the dx forums is the best ones to help out with the issues we face
 
It's settled then. If the Bionic is unlocked, we all go there together! ;)
 
I agree that this is the most helpful and friendly forum there is ...I love phandroid ...ever since I joined it has been nothing short of a pleasure to be amongst such a great group ....I love all the helpful people and helping myself ....no matter where I venture off to next phandroid will always be my #1 forum and I will always come to this section to help and contribute

There is something about this specific subforum (whole site also but to a lesser extent) that has everyone jumping at the bit to help the next person out. I know I look for unanswered threads or anything that I might be able to answer when scanning the posts. And I really get the feeling thats how most people on here work. Maybe its the mods keeping ppl on track or maybe its the highs and lows that our community of dx users has went through. But whatever it is, it has me coming back all day.

I am the same way. I might not be the first to post the help but I am looking out for opportunities to return the favors given to me.

Everyone here had to ask for help at one point, probably, then we all just use the "pay it forward" approach. Some people aren't as technically savvy as others and don't pick up on things. Using clockworkmod and sbf flashing isn't instinctive knowledge that we're all born with.

No Bionic for me, nosiree. This gingerroot is quite enough and I'm lovin' every minute of my new found toy.

Unless, of course, new gingerroot themes come out - then it's playtime all over again.
 
I have absolutely no faith that the bionic will be unlocked. I'm expecting it to be more locked down to be honest. But I'd love to be proved wrong.

i believe it will be locked down as well, though i wonder how many signatures does it take on that groupal for motorola to actually take it into consideration
