What's the sausage cooking in that is white?

I braise the sausages in a light beer. I let it boil off and brown them up. Or, when I'm using my outdoor griddle, I'll braise them in a foil pan then transfer them directly to the griddle to finish them.

Left over pizza,that only I had a few slices last night without my buddy, we had almost nearly the entire pie left over. 
I smoked some St Louis style ribs and made some potato salad for dinner.

Progressive chicken soup, why, well I had an upset stomach.
Cajun beans and rice with a bit of cheese.
Pork chops with a shake and bake like coating and cous cous.

Usually before, Wheel of Fortune, which is 6:30 pm Central Standard Time, here.
Lately it has been after the show, been real busy days seems like.

I only eat one meal a day. Now that I'm retired we dine around 5PM. That allows adequate time to digest before going to bed. For many years we didn't really have a set time. My wife and I both worked two jobs so eating happened whenever we could work it in.
Tonight I'm having smoked chuck roast and a baked potato.

Yeah same way with my brother in law and sister, he generally eats once a day though, and have a few snacks though, just a little bit unhealthy though his diet is..
I tend sometimes to eat small snacks, whenever I feel stress about something, but I am alright over all though.

I made a stir fry out of the remaining chuck roast for the night before. We had the stir fry over fried rice.

I had a Turkey and Avocado BLT from Panera's , the only thing i really ever buy from there lol
