with the dzextractor program, is it supposed to extract the KDZ??? cause I was using it to try to extract the .tot.....maybe that's where I've gone wrong...
edit: just tried with the kdz file....still nada.

Opened the TOT in hex editor. If there's an sbk chances are it's on aboot. Just an educated guess here.

if anybody is able to get a url of the ota, it would be someone who owns a motion...
I remember doing that in the OG Droid days, how is it done? All i can remember is while its downloading you have to do something but cant remember what......i know there is some way to keep it on SD card before it deletes? Damn brain farts....

The URL isn't ever exposed. I'm trying to find it in my router logs, but no luck yet.
I've also been prodding through the phone for the downloaded OTA, but haven't found that yet either. I have RootExplorer running a full device scan for "ms77010d" and it's still searching, but I'm not terribly familiar with Android behind the scenes. Any practical places I can look directly besides just prodding through directories?
