Mine only shows TV's and Cable Boxes, go figure.
 
going to build a zip und up it in the am. the only difference between ours and it is ours has the quickset lite apk and it only has the quickset sdk apk
 
Ok the zip is pretty heavy size wise. the quick remote app it self is 90 megs plus the two license files and the quicksetsdk app. About 97 megs. Going to wait on uploading that.
 
Check OP. Added system update for Multitasking and System Fonts Modification. This is for those on zv5 not zv6. Also for those not wanting to lose their current setup for new rom flash.
 
Been busy with work and everything just checked in and I must say holy crap Curtis1973 has been working his ass off thanks man can't wait till this weekend to try some of the new stuff out
 
Here are those LG G2 Quick Remote apk file set I said I would share. They work from a fresh installed rom. Just replace the ones from our rom with these and either keep or delete Quickset Lite apk then flash the rom fresh, have not tried these with quickset lite left in the rom so might be worth seeing what you get witg with it. In my testing without quickset lite everything runs fine you just can't see the list of devices after picking a device type. Its whited out. For example you select tv then normally pick a brand of tv. With this it shows no brands. Thought you all might want to tinker with it and see where you get. Everyone has different ways of approaching and handling a problem. We all solve them differently. So you may figure out something that did not occur to me. The download size is 95 mb.

Using ZV6 with GApps, It's very smooth, and works great, but there's still ads everywhere. Do I need to use adaway? I figure if you have already put the hosts file in the ROM, it should automatically be blocking ads.

1. Carrier label on status-bar, notification & lock screen (Global Carrier)
2. Call log problem fix (its not logging any call info after a day)
3. Incoming sms number problem ( sender number Like the number in +8801713490094 its show +880DB1713CB0094)
4. Rom must be look & like Stock ZV6,

I can donate some $$ for you. if you agree it will be great for me.

I did have a hosts file in at one point but removed it due to reports it was interfering with some games. Just use adaway to apply one.

I appreciate the offer for donation. But never accept those. As for adding those types of changes to alleviate the issues you are having would adversely effect state side users and could potentially cause interruption in their service. Not so much the carrier label stuff but the other additions. I think G2 tweaksbox will allow you to add a custom carrier label to statusbar.
 
Curits thanks for you reply. You are just my hero. G2 tweak box i never use bcuz i thought its fir only G2. But its works like WOW!!!

My friend how can i get rid of call logging problem.
 
The call logging problem is most likely due to your volt being for a U.S. carrier and you are using it in another country. The device needs to be activated with the American carrier. Or you could try deleting the activation app in the rom. That may or may not help as I dont know how you are even using it for calls unless they are over wifi.
 
No. I uploaded the quick remote file set and before that the splitview flashable update. I would have posted some updates but i have ran into an issue on stock mod where the fm radio works but no sound. Not happening on Xperia mod. Trying to sort it out. Plus I want to update shapeshifters zv6 also.
 
And Im running on a hunch concerning a number of apps that open but crash immediately (not related to dpi or incorrect android version,missing files,etc) that may look to see what base they are on. Open,global or carrier specific. Want to set things on global and see what happens. If nothing good I will get these other things done and post an update. To help get rid of your issue with walkman vs viper. Ill send you some info in the morning so you can manually restore things until I can get things done. Dont want to leave you waiting.
