Relax it is normal for push notifications be nullify, but you can head to each app and have it really activate, per app, head over to the app notifications and turn them back on. Preferablity I have most off.

Wish me luck. I'm probably going to mess around with this thing today, though God knows why (I almost don't). I am doing battle against the crimebook with a Toshiba 2 tb hard drive, a 32 gb flash drive, and a wireless mouse. Maybe I should throw in some chain mail for good measure. God save the king!

A smartphone cannot just be switched to Safe Mode, it requires the phone to actually reboot into Safe Mode. It's not some app or background service that can be enabled/disabled. When your phone is running in its Safe Mode it's actually running the exact same Android operating system but in a different way.
Odds are your credit card wasn't 'hacked' through your phone, you should be focusing your attention to regaining your credit card account via your bank's online web service. The credit card app on your phone is just a user interface that may or may not retain some of your account data, the overwhelming bulk of your account data is stored and managed online, within your bank's servers. That's the data the app references.
Something triggered your phone to reboot itself into its Safe Mode, could be something running on your phone that's the cause or you inadvertently hit the button sequence that restarts your phone into Safe Mode (the process varies depending on just what phone you have).

Assume my name is John and I login to telegram today.

1. Will [Delete Synced Contacts] remove [John joined Telegram] message that appeared in my friend phone (friend number is in my phone contacts)?

2. How to prevent "John joined Telegram" message from appearing in my friend phone (friend number is in my phone contacts)?

3. What does [Delete Synced Contacts] in telegram do?

4. Does this "John joined Telegram" reappear in my friend phone (friend number is in my phone contacts) everytime i logout and relogin telegram?

5. Does pressing [Delete Synced Contacts] delete my existing added friend contact and chat history seen in my telegram?

6. Does pressing [Delete Synced Contacts] delete "John joined Telegram" that is already in my friend phone?

Check Developers Options for a setting called Override Force Dark.

This can cause the sort of problems you describe.

If that is not it, then try the inverted text setting in Accessibility.

You can also search for a setting (likely in the Clock app) that gradually increases the alarm volume.

This gives a few secons to react before the alarm reaches full volume.

I use this setting because I use a very loud alarm to insure that I get up in the morning.

I did not find any of the settinngs or categories of settings listed above, but in looking at my apps section, it seems like two applications are installed, but none were done by me. I flipped back and forth between the two, setting them as default. When I looked back at my wife's messages, the very last one (only) showed "read", so maybe it will start working for future messages.

Ok, I had my wife send me another text. I am now getting notifications as on my Note 8, such as "sent", "delivered", "read", etc., whatever they might exactly be. Toggling between the apps and setting them as default then going back to the original app, then setting it as default did it.

Hi there. It's a calendar reminder that is on repeat. I d(eleted it from calendar in all instances and the alarm/reminder still goes off!

I am going to try revisiting that option as I have that issue but I also saw it happening on a display model (Verizon) Z Fold 4 and S 22 (Ultra?). In my case, the real problem is that after the underlined text if I hit enter/return, nothing much happens depending upon what app/browser etc that I am working in. If I hit the spacebar, then it works. I think that you mentioned something like this.
