Good point. That is not true at all.
The devices and service are 100% free if your household makes 130% or less of the poverty level.
as suggested by @svim , use Samsung's SmartSwitch to backup your phone. you can even save the backup to your computer.I have Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
What if the update fails and corrupt the phone (e.g. black screen, stuck, unable to access something...)? Is there a way to rollback/uninstall the update?
For example in PC there is a way to full backup and roll back to previous version if the Windows update fails or weird stuff happens after the update, I am thinking of similar backup in Android.

I have... I'm doing it from the app, nothing.Try downloading the Google Drive app and delete it through it
My s21 went nuts on me, turning off and rebooting itself in safe mode until I gota message on the screen telling me I had to do a factory reset. There was supposedly no way around it. Went to an AT&T store and the guy backed up my phone and did the factory reset. Problem is no matter what I do these super important notes I had saved in SimpleNotepad are gone. I was able to find some from sheer fishing around on my phone some of the notes but not the two most important ones. I'm desperate here guys. Can someone help me out as to why these notes restored? Also all of my photos and videos are gone too. Ugh. Can this get any worse? I don't know know how to even get down to the root level of my phone or if there's any sort of decent/easy to navigate software programs that might save me. Is it even worth calling AT&T Tech Support?

Have you tried Google photos? In Google photos slide shows is under animation and you can stylise how the slide show appears. You can even add music...... check it out.No option to change it.
If it's not in you phone settings, then there is not much you can do.Hi everyone,
I own a Samsung Note 10 and a Xiaomi 11T 5G. On my Samsung I have the option, when I have open apps and the phone is ringing, instead of giving me a pop-up screen or a floating window answering the phone to have it in full screen. Now, because Xiaomi’s pop-up screen for answering the phone is way too small, I’d like to have the option switching to full screen instead of pop-up or floating. Is there a way doing that?
Thank you all in advance
