AFWall+ will do the trick.

Possibly 'precise volume control' app. I think it allows you to create profiles (very detailed) then use tasker to change profiles of the app at correct times.

did you do a hard reset? if you did then you have tripped FRP (Factory Reset Protection) in which you will need the account info that was most recently used before the reset. unfortunately, AF frowns upon discussing how bypass FRP.

the simplest way to reset your phone without tripping frp is to do a factory reset. this is done from your phone's settings.

In general it's best to avoid purchasing a device not intended for your home market, particularly because it will likely not have the correct radio bands (this is a hardware issue that cannot be fixed) but also because there may be other issues with compatibility and there will almost certainly be zero warranty.

You won't see the whole screen. I did it with a PocketPC and I had to drag around a lot to see the whole homescreen.

Phone screens are to small for full emulation.

I have an app which downloads simple text files from my website using HTTPS. I have been testing it on emulators for every version from API18 onwards, and on real devices running API18 and API28. It works fine for API21 and above, but for API 18 and API19 it fails - the download just hangs.

The app uses DownloadManager, but I have also tried some code using HttpsURLConnection, with the same result.

I have read some old stuff that seems to talk about problems with HTTPS on old Android versions but it wasn't clear what the issues were.

Can anyone help a novice developer to understand the problem, and tell me how to download using HTTPS on Android version API19 and older?

Regular dongles can't do both at the same time, you need a special device for that.

Hi everyone not sure exactly which point but my voice to text engine changed so now it does not give options when it's not sure which word you said

Ie you click the word in question and a sort of drop down list appears with alternatives

Anyone know how to revert to that voice to text engine? I loved it

Hard to tell just what might be the problem looking at that screen capture you posted. Hopefully the TV is just stuck in a boot-loop because of some one-off glitch and not something more serious like the Android OS was wiped or seriously corrupted.
Try unplugging the TV completely from the wall outlet, and just leave it that way for several hours. Residual power will remain in a lot of internal components (i.e. capacitors) so give them a lot of time to 'drain'. You might want to unplug everything too (audio in and out devices, HDMI, USB, etc.) Unplug things, leave it overnight, then plug the power cord in and see what happens when you try to start it up.

How long have you had this TV? If it's still covered by a warranty you might need to take advantage of that.

There's a Setting in the Google Pay app to link to Gmail to import tickets etc.

I don't have experience of this through Gmail, but I get a monthly coffee subscription email (via Outlook) and in the email there are buttons to save it to either G Pay ( or Apple Wallet) and it works seamlessly.

Howdy folks,

Device is Samsung Galaxy S8. So I recently wiped my phone, do it every year or so to keep it sharp. Since then, I noticed that my google calendar stopped syncing. Let me define that, if I generate an event on my browser calendar it pushes to my phone, but not the opposite. If I generate an event on my phone, it will not sync to the cloud, just stay local on my device. If I hit refresh in app it does not push it either.

Also, certain work email notifications are not clearing as they previously did on the prior OS aka clicking on a chat in browser that also will ping my phone, I touch the chat message and the app notification should wipe and it doesn't. This leads me to believe that it's not at the app level but phone level. I have tried in the settings--->accounts auto sync data and everything seems enabled. All the app settings say sync etc and have access to storage and notifications. All apps are current patch level. I have excellent wifi and cell service where I reside. I have cleared cache of all affected apps, and cleared data. Phone is patched to current OS update. I'm pretty lost for next steps. Help? I appreciate any and all assistance.

so on the note 10+, unmounting has a few extra steps that is not obvious.

Is there a way to auto-scale Linearlayout when TextView is too big? Like Facebook posts. When text or image is to large the layout is getting higher. I tried to do it via xml file but I didn't make it. Any suggestions?
