I have tried safe mode and the problem still persisted with some music on my external storage.

Is the IMEI and/or MEID showing blank or invalid as well? I suspect you flashed an incorrect or faulty ROM for your S10+ version, and it's hosed the baseband. To fix you'd have to flash the correct stock firmware file for your particular S10+ variant.

Yes there can be depending on make and model of your phones. I've used Samsung Smart Switch to copy all the apps, files, pics, videos, etc from one device to another.

As long as you are using it for charging and not data transfer, I'm with Augie... they will all do the job. For use in an auto, I like charging cables that are coiled like an old phone receiver for ease of storage.

An app called Notes on my phone has a setting under Phone Call Note called "Take important notes after a phone call." Uncheck it, I read that other note apps have a similar setting.

look into SCRCPY if your already on a wifi and think you might have Enabled adb over TCP/IP on your device if so you may be able to mirror USB C to USB A then switch to wireless mirroring with ur pc.. I got all the steps completed with just a tiny bit of the corner of my screen that was fine + a mouse with usbc adapter.. defiantly no chance if u dont have TCP/IP already enabled its in an impossible spot to do 100% blind

I didn't know that, good call. I didn't have, but now I do, reinstalled both app and server with fresh installs, and it works again. The old versions worked right until I did the Windows update, then wouldn't work afterwards. Some conflict between the old server version and the updated Win sys that wasn't an issue before? Sounds plausible.

I think there is a linguistic confusion here. It sounds like you are describing how to boot into the bootloader/fastboot mode in order to unlock the phone (using "fastboot oem unlock"), but that's not the same as "unlocking the feature".

OEM unlocking is a feature that can be found in the developer options menu on phones that have it at all. You need to enable it there before you can use it. You can reveal the developer options menu by repeatedly tapping the "build number" in the phone's software information. If your phone does not have an OEM unlocking option in developer options there is no trick to enable it. I'm saying this clearly because talking about "unlocking this feature" makes it sound like a hack to enable unlocking in phones which do not have it supported by the manufacturer, and I wouldn't want to waste the time of anyone who read it that way.

it might help get a better gps lock. i would use this app first before starting your walk.

do you have samsung health? i use that when i go for a walk. it is great as it will actually track my path and give me stats about my walk.

Actually I'm a distance runner and use a Stryd chip for distance when running, but it isn't suitable for walking. I just use my phone GPS to see how far I am walking the dog. I do get a GPS map when running also, but that is just cosmetic since I get distance from Stryd. It is just that I notice that the quality of the map (from Garmin GPS) has deteriorated badly over the last month, as well as any GPS maps produced by my phone. I don't see how both devices, phone and Garmin, could have developed an issue at the same time.

not much you can do. other than waiting to see if the developer responds. if you had backed it up using some kind of utility program that some manufacturers provide such as Samsung's Smart switch, then restoring the data should be pretty easy.....but alas sounds like you did not......sorry but i think your out of luck.

Try forgetting the connection in BT settings and then establish the connection again.

With video playing slow and no earbuds connecting, it might be time to do a reset of your phone.
If you do decide to try a reset, be sure to backup all of your personal content.

You have texts in your call log? That's not something I've ever seen (and I've used every Android version since 2.1 apart from 6.0 which I skipped over). I guess this might be a carrier-specific software modification, or maybe something a particular manufacturer does, but it does make it harder to figure out what's happening.

But why would he be adding your name to an RCS chat with someone he doesn't want you to know you are chatting to? And if you have RCS you'd see the messages if he did that, whereas if you don't why would anything appear on your phone at all (unless the message app reverted to SMS, in which case you'd get the messages). Why do you think this is what's happening?
