No translate option when select text

In Wikipedia app, when I selected text with my old LG phone, I was seeing a "Translate" option, and clicking that would open Google translate with the translation.

Now, with my new LG, when I select text, there's no "Translate" option.
With different apps, the menu changes. For instance, with Chrome, I see the "Translate" option.

How can I add the "Translate" option for Wikipedia app ? On new and old LG, the app version is the same.

How to mute (but not block) calls from unknown numbers

I have a Galaxy A03s.

I don't answer calls from unknown numbers. I know how to block calls, but I limit that function to calls from unknown numbers that call more than once without leaving a voicemail message.

What I'd like to do in the case of all other unknown callers is simply mute them automatically. I figure that if a caller is legitimate, he'll leave a message and I can then call back. If the caller doesn't leave a message, then I'm content to consider the call unimportant. (I don't want to "block" all unknown numbers, because my understanding is that that stops such calls from coming through altogether, so the callers can't leave voicemail messages.)

But I can't find an automatic mute setting on my phone, and Googling the issue keeps turning up instructions on how to block calls, and not how to mute or silence them. The one site that I found that did talk about "silencing" instead of blocking calls directed me to a setting that I don't have on my phone -- it said to open the phone app and go to Settings | Call | Call Rejection, but I don't have a "Call" option in my phone settings.

Is it possible to automatically mute unknown callers? If so, how is it done?

Thanks.
So I went to the specific contact clicked on it then clicked the three dots and it gave me the option to route to voicemail maybe that'll help

Ability to custom name phone number: Z Fold 4?

in your contacts you can hit add a number. there should be a drop down menu. at the very bottom of the drop down menu look for a pencil icon and select it. it will give you an option to change the caption name. its not as obvious as it used to be. this is what shows on my z fold 4.

edit: "oem z fold 4?" are there others who are making z fold 4's????? LOL
Ok, great. That made all of the difference. When I tried it this time, I was able to work it so that it would allow me to change the caption name.

When I said "OEM", I meant that I was using the provided contacts app that came with the phone, not something you could maybe download and install.

Anyone else here a smart home fanatic?

You are right in that everyone decides for themselves what they need and use. I was not trying to impose my point of view on anyone, I just said what I wanted to say.
As for your 2010 laptop, you may not care so much what it can do because you use it for simple daily purposes (go to the forum to write a message, read the news and something like that). But for me, for example, as an engineer it is important to have a computer that can cope with quite heavy software. Which your computer will definitely not be able to handle.
