If it was hardware connected to the SIM slot then the problem would change between SIMs when you swapped the SIMs over.

As I understand it, an .apk file is essentially a zip file with .apk instead of .zip. You should be able to rename it as .zip and unzip it to see the contents, which will be a number of files, including a manifest file, the bytecode (the file(s) which consisute the executable app) and some others which I can't remember just now). There are tools to 'decompile' an .apk file, but unless you're VERY familiar with Java/Android development, and even then, it's by no means a trivial task to understand someone else's code (without comments, or even meaninful datanames). Maybe someone with more Adroid development expertise than me can offer a fuller explanation.

That would most likely be a Facebook app issue, which is only affecting the android release...
Your best bet is to contact the developer and voice your issue directly to them.

This is not your fault according to me to develop an App there are two persons are required one like you who write code for help and the second one a designer who design the App in different ways. The BackEnd code may be little bit different form those apps that you check on Appstore but the designs will be totally different from each other.

Kensington Keyfolio Pro 2 is connecting via bluetooth to Lenovo Tab E10 successfully but is not typing nor is being recognised in physical keyboard in the language/inputs setting.

Connects successfully and works with apple iPhone Xs and Motorola android phone.

I tend to not use emojis much at all.
I have an app called Telegram, that lets you use emojis even if your keyboard does not have them (none of mine do).

Since I am rather sarcastic by nature, the only emoji that I use often is the 'poop' emoji, and Telegram even has some animated poop emojis that I find amusing.

If I remember correctly, you go into GBoard settings and allow the emoji key to be on the keyboard instead of being hidden.

It appears as a smiley face key, somewhere on the lower row, I think.

Entering GBoard settings can be a bit tricky, as in the older Android OS the icon did not even appear in the app drawer unless you allowed it to.

To do this, you had to go into

Settings
Language & Input
GBoard

and then find Show Icon In App Drawer (or similar)

Then you could open your app drawer and an icon for GBoard was there to open the keyboard settings.

As I understand it, newer versions of Android do not hide icons for apps with the default launcher.
But there may still be an exception for GBoard, I do not know because I am still playing with Android 7 and 8.

2 and 3 are done by using 3rd party apps, which are from the play store, which is a good thing. I myself use Solid explorer and move most any type of file from one device to the other wirelessly. You can even use Google photos on your mobile device, and access them on your computer just by logging in to your Gmail account

Hi I just switched to a S10+ from a S8+ and I am noticing significant lag when taking pictures. There's at least a quarter second of delay between pressing the shutter button to the phone actually taking a picture. On my S8+ I could rapid fire photos by rapidly pressing the shutter button, it would take photos with zero delay, but on the S10+ it is so slow I can only take a couple of pictures even though I am pressing the shutter button multiple times. This happens even in broad daylight with good light.

I've tried rebooting, turning every AI and HDR feature, clearing camera cache, and there's absolutely no change. I am on the snapdragon version with the latest Android 10 and One UI 2.1 update.

Has anyone had this issue and managed to solve it?

I have a Moto G7 and have been experimenting with the notifications. I don't think it's working correctly.

1. Make a noise and pop up.
Makes a sound and pop up banner at top of screen.

2. Make a sound.
No pop up, makes a sound.

3. Show silently.
No pop up, just icon badge.

4. Show silently and minimise.
No pop up, just icon badge.

I presume 3 and 4 should be different, could someone advise what they should do instead?

Most AV apps have some sort of option to wipe the phone and snap a selfie and send it to your email after xx number of unsuccessful password tries. Most also have backup options, in addition to manual options to wipe similar to find my phone, hope that's helpful!

What you're asking should certainly be doable--I do it with my Android devices and Linux computers using KDE Connect. But I don't know, offhand, of an Android app that works like that for two Android devices.

No, they all will be. If you know what country it was originally sold in that would (unless it's the US, in which case what carrier will be needed as well). But does it not have a label anywhere that gives the model number (I guess I'm the only person who keeps the boxes...).

I basically keep my pixel 3 plugged in and charging while I am driving. I keep it charging because it seems that Bluetooth drains the battery quicker but on the other hand my blue tooth head set can go three days without needing a charge

you should never have 40 tabs open. it can potentially slow down the phone by taking up data and storage space. always bookmark your websites you like. you can even put the bookmarks in named folders for better organization.

Sounds like the manufacturer has locked out third-party launchers. Basically, unless it's rooted and has a suitable custom ROM installed, there's not a lot you can do.

Meaning = This is a bug in Android that has never been fixed.
There is no work arounds

Her Bluetooth module may be failing, which is a hardware issue
