Really slow video on Samsung Tab A7

I have a Tab A7 and I have a slot game that is just so slow. Yeah, it's a lower end tablet, but we're talking a slot game, not a first person shooter. So I installed and ran 3D Mark Sling Shot and it says my tablet is slower than 81% of all Tab A7s, much less higher end units. My tablet is a 2022 model with 3gb and 32gb. So two questions:

1. Any clue why the video would be so slow?

2. Is there another 8" tablet that would be an improvement in video? I'm fine with any brand. But 8 or 9" seems to be disappearing from the world.

Thanks!!
video? do you mean game? have you tried other games? try rebooting the tablet.

as for 8" tablets you want one that has bigger ram. 3 gigs is barely enough these days. 6-8 gogs of ram would be more ideal

gsmarena has a good phone/tablet finder that you can refine your search.
i did one for you:

this one looks good:

GOLF

Rory has a clutch factor about his game. Pressure over takes him. I like the guy a lot. He is good for the game. I think it was said that nobody had ever won the Masters with four double bogies. Rory proved it can be done. I was rooting hard for the guy and all the while watching him bogie his way through the last few holes. At least he had a great second shot on the playoff hole. And.... actually made his put.

I accidently downloaded two CAP files from NVIDIA to assisst with..

A CAP file contains packets collected by a packet sniffing program. It saves raw data and metadata captured over a network transmission. CAP files are also called trace files or bone files, and they are used by multiple packet sniffer applications.

Tried the one with the shark fin in it, seriously I think my Full understanding of "geek" language is already dead.. What the heck is it wrote with?

Samsung Exynos 2600 2nm chips may power Galaxy S26 series worldwide

Chip foundries have come a long way, and the biggest challenge seems to be shaking off a bad reputation. Mediatek, for example, has long been regarded as making budget processors for budget devices. Their new Dimensity 9500 processors, however, can hold their own against Snapdragon and Exynos chips.

TSMC has processor design and production down to not only a science, but an artform: Qualcomm is the go-to brand for a large number of manufacturers. Samsung's in-house Exynos processor has long had a bad reputation as a lesser-quality chip than Qualcomm Snapdragon processors.

Samsung Foundry, however, seems to have finally (better late than never) figured out what went wrong with their Exynos 2500 3nm chips... and are now far ahead on the 2nm process. It may result in a Samsung device as good, maybe even better, than one powered by Qualcomm and at a lower price, since Samsung would be making its own chips.

Help Zoom in and scroll faster questions

Hello,

Q1. How to zoom in for apps that do not respond to zoom in gesture (pinch-out gesture)? (note: "pinch-out" gesture, start with your thumb and index finger touching the screen, then spread them apart to zoom in.)

Q2. How to keep scrolling down/up automatically on apps that have long information (continuous scrolling info) so I can go to the top or bottom info faster?
I tried to use a scrolling app but it is still very slow, I am using this app Flex: Multi-Speed Auto Scroll Flex: Multi-Speed Auto Scroll - Apps on Google Play

Thanks

Slowness

It is interesting that it is isolated to one and not both of your devices. Some members have trouble viewing the posts and some don't. I wish I had an answer for you. All I know is that you get what you pay for... bwhahaha.. Seriously, I am sorry and wish I had a fix. I am certain that the problem stems from the site I am coping the memes from. It is a gun enthusiast site and perhaps it is in some fashion blocked.

What is personalised notifications on youtube?

A search for youtube personalized notifications landed this AI hit:
AI Overview
Learn more

On YouTube, "Personalized" notification settings mean you'll receive notifications for some regular uploads, Shorts, and live streams, based on factors like your watch history and how often you interact with notifications, rather than for every upload.

Here's a breakdown of YouTube's notification settings:
  • "All": You'll get notifications for all long-form uploads and live streams from a channel, and potentially some personalized notifications for Shorts.

  • "Personalized": You'll receive notifications for some regular uploads, Shorts, and live streams, based on YouTube's algorithm which considers your watch history, how often you watch certain channels, how popular videos are, and how often you open notifications.

  • "None": You won't receive any notifications from that channel.

How to manage your notification settings:
  1. Go to the channel page or watch page .

  2. If you're not subscribed, tap "Subscribe" .

  3. Next to "Subscribe", tap the notification bell .

  4. Choose from "All", "Personalized", or "None" .

  5. You can also manage your notification settings for all your subscriptions in the YouTube app by going to the main menu and selecting the "Subscriptions" tab .

  6. Then select "All" and choose "Manage"

Clearing the Clipboard

Please be sure to read edit below. Hello. My password manager will occasionally copy passwords to the clipboard, and then it is supposed to automatically delete it after a specified amount of time. But the password doesn't actually get deleted. The password manager simply creates a new clipboard "entry" that is blank. My guess is it is because older versions of the clipboard only stored one entry at a time, but now the clipboard can store multiple entries (?)

This ends up bothering me, and the only way I have ever figured out to clear the clipboard of all entries is to use the "Keep Notes" app, and go through the motions as if I was composing a note in order to activate Gboard and gain access to the clipboard to delete any entries stored.

Is there an easier way to do this?

Thank you for your assistance.

EDIT: I don't know how to delete this post. I consider it very bad form to "abandon" a post asking for help, so I will edit this one. I found the information I was looking for from Chat-GPT. I am unwatching this thread, and will not see any replies.
well i hope you comeback and post your solution. if not you can just hit the report button and ask a mod to delete this thread all together.

I thought RCS was supposed to enable me to receive high-quality videos via text?

I am so frustrated right now. I finally switched to Google Messenger for good.

I sent or received a test message containing a video to my friend who has an iPhone.

Much to my surprise and delight, it worked, and the video went through at full quality.

That was weeks ago.

Now, when that same friend sends me a video, it's all pixelated, just like before.

What the heck is going on?

Why were videos previously going through at full resolution, but now they're not?
