Tasker to gather gps location of target phone

No, you can't. The "target" phone must have software on it that is set up to respond to a particular request with a text containing its location. If you could just send a request to any phone and it would respond with its location that would be a massive security hole, and anyone who released a phone with that built in would be out of business 5 minutes after it was discovered.

If the person you want to locate agrees to this there are many apps you can use to share location with you.

Gas or Charcoal Grillin' ?

My father soaked his charcoal in kerosene so everything we ate tasted like a 1953 Studebaker :) Propane was a great upgrade in flavor.
Charcoal from a chimney produces a good cook. Propane or natural gas just makes it easy. I never belch propane like a do charcoal flavor.
i agree. i actually use a charcoal starter made out of straw that i bought from an Ace hardware store. there is no chemicals it burns a good long time and gets the coals hot fairly quickly.

i actually miss weber charcoal grill. this one had a propane tank where the propane was used only to light the coals. no need for chemicals or anything to get the coals going. it eventually just got worn out. where the seal could not hold the propane anymore and parts from weber were expensive. i also lost the lid while taking it to a picnic and ordering one was ridiculously expensive.

Dual SIM

I've been trying to understand how Dual Sim works on S10

i. Can you set which one is the 'primary' SIM?

ii. Will it switch to the SIM with the strongest data signal - or do you have to do this manually. or can it be programmed to switch across when there is no data signal on the 'main/ SIM care.

Duplicate apps in settings>apps

I disagree and I don't know that much but I can tell you to look in your file system and see if they all start with "com." And if so I can only tell you my experience and continuing problem I have yet to solve. Missing media, altered applications, being locked out of my accounts, even devices them selves. factory reset wouldn't be a bad idea if u know the original Google account used or are prepared to be able to bypass a Google device lock but as far as move on I do not agree

Safe to use different charger

Yea I think so, because of my Samsung Tablet I got with my tablet, but it gets super hot within five minutes of charging it, so I know its the tiny outlet plug, I charge my cell and tablet, with my usb cord bought from the grocery store. Because of switching phones, and ontop of how frail both of my USB cords, are throughout swamping into my cell connected for files et all. It is safe to say yeah you can charge your cell throughout different wires of USB cords.

Need assistance with my tablet

This is what it tells me when I put in the previous owners google account or even my own account
Okay, thanks.

A quick search shows many people having the same problem, but few solutions.

Are you 100% sure you're entering the previous owner's info correctly? If so, can you check with them to see if they changed their password after giving you the phone?

Have you tried getting help via the links @ocnbrze provided? That's what I'd do.

Help System warning (Check USB port. Moisture detected) after system update

I tried all those things mentioned above and nothing worked on my phone.
There's how I fixed this problem on my phone. When usb sign caming up in notification bar, pull it down to read notification 'moisture in usb port detected'. Then pull that note to the right half way and tap 'Settings' button.. While in LG system settings change priority for 'moisture in usb port...' from highest to lowest priority. Done.
No annoying notifications since I did it. And yes, now the phone is charging through the USB port. However I'm not sure what's going to happen if you will get real water in usb port and not system malfunction.  If you do it, you do it at your own risk. Good luck.

Inbound/Outbound Wifi calling

Just focusing on the Google Voice app (it's hard to nail down just what Google is doing with the Hangouts app or Hangouts service these days), it sounds like you need to enable Call Forwarding so your cellular service number that's linked to your Google Voice service and enabled on your Moto X4. Help How to know is my s7 with broken screen is working or not ?

Could you explain more about why you think the screen is 'broken'?
If the display is dead, how can you see that NO SIGNAL OF WORKING message? Typically, you should not be able to see any activity on the screen if it is broken.
This sounds more like the phone needs to be re-flashed with a working ROM so it's functional again, or that there's just some other problem, maybe software, maybe hardware, that's causing the phone not being able to boot up properly, not necessarily the display. But whatever the case, this doesn't appear to be a good buy, can you return it to your 'friend'?

Help Screen Broke - Need Help

There's a good chance your phone's display isn't the only problem that might be the real issue that needs to be addressed. Even if the display did fail completely, this wouldn't necessarily kill your phone completely. The fact that you apparently your phone isn't even charging or booting up could be an indicator that when it was dropped that could have affected some internal component(s) inside, not just the physical damage you could see on the outside (screen cracking). Replacing the display may or may not even be the actual problem. Even if it was working for time after the accident, just hypothetically something like a solder joint in the motherboard could have damaged and didn't fail completely until later.
A phone that's been dropped and isn't active in any way should probably be checked out by a reputable phone servicing center.

firmware update?..

thanks..whats the pre 5 security concern? I mean I don't want to zonk the phone, because the things that I need on the phone work at the moment - basic calls/texts, camera. alarm clock. in an ideal world I might want to download walking trackers and things like that

tbh I'm not interested in custom firmware or anything...samsungs own official will be fine. if...I try it
Their the stagefright exploit, the safety net exploit, etc theirs apps on the play store that can givevu more info, but if your staying on stock id say try having a anti virus instslled to keep you safe

Help How see all images on Smartphone

i would also recommend google photos. it stores all of your pictures in the cloud so that you do have to worry about backing up your photos ever again. you can even set it to only backup when connected to wifi only. this way you save data consumption.
Thank you for reply. But google photos sort images by folder, you can't see all images in one place, and that I do not like. But files by google app can, so that's better for me.
Backup on cloud is nice thing, but I do not need that, I do that manually :)
