hmm...do you have adw launcher?

if so, long press on home screen, tap add, tap custom shortcut, tap pick your activity, tap activities, tap settings, tap APNs(.Apnsettings), and access them from your home screen.
 
ok I'm back... you guys where looking at the build.prop.. yes minor differences but not in ril... and our network doesn't use apn settings so its not in settings but yoiu can access it through custom shortcut activities... i'm looking at it now... my girl went out with the girls so im all yours :)

the mms app is looking for apns... the vdmc apk sets up apns..all the telephone related apps are boost apps...now since the last update so is a lot of system/etc.... maybe we're missing a lib... I'm checking it out...
