4.48 is flawless for me. Although the notification drop down has duplicate date and time stamps in status and notification. Kinda redundant..

Yes, thats one of the things I'm going to attempt to remove that I had in my list for HaloBean 5. Isn't 4.48 the one with the battery raping issue? Or is it 4.50 too?

I notice the battery issue on 4.5. Can't remember on 4.48 didn't have it long enough to notice anything. Still running on 4.43.

Another thing I need to work on, thanks foe bringing that up. I need to slim the rom down, I timed it and it took 5881 Ms to fully start up and finish the startup processes. That's from pressing button to the time after its on when its done warming up.
 
Yep, 4.48 was really harsh on the battery. A bit easier after a couple full drain and charge cycles... I also flashed pure performance mods... lots of apps... still slick. Great job.
 
I'm going to add in performance tweaks one at a time to keep track of what does and doesn't break this rom. I've gotta keep pushing it til I break the rom with so much speed, I know I can push this Warp past 9k on benches without compromising battery life.
 
I've been running 4.48 with pure performance + gpu for a few days and no problems. Battery drain a little worse than 4.43 but no complaints.
 
One more issue I wasn't going to mention until I flashed a few roms in a row to duplicate... I have about a 60% fail rate sending sms on HB. 100% fail if wifi is on... even if its not being used... Very strange... Anyone else?
 
Uh... I live in an area where I get 1 bar Max on a good day, and all my texts send fine, plus I'm literally always on Wi-Fi here... ah yes signal tweaks are needed for HaloBean 5!
 
Oh about my battery turns out this one I currently have has water damage so I'm gonna order the 2000ma battery and see how it lasts on this Rom.

No sms problems for me with any version of HB.
 
Hey guys this rom is supposed to have Alien Kernel correct? I just flashed 4.5 and when I look in about phone it does not say anything about alien kernel it says 2.6.35.7-perf+zte-kernel@Zdroid-SMT

When I do a google search this comes up looking like the stock kernel.
Is IT?

Sorry if this sounds dumb but I was looking for a reason for this version not feeling as snappy.
