I know prinny is helping but did u use they're files for shinjitsu rom or did you find the 2 files and upload them manually? Because they're files don't work
 
y is it that after about 5mins into a game,it will blank bak to my fones homescreen?is there a fix for this?F.Y.I. im playing dead space and mass effect

OK they're files don't work, you have to use root explorer to find them and copy them to a computer. Manually upload them to the correct 2 uploads then use the kitchen. Uot kitchen tells you where they are located and what the file names are. Unfortunately the files they have for shins rom are no good

I haven't ever had an issue in either game. But every phone is different, there's very few games my phone won't run

EDIT: I need to update the files on UOT

OK everyone go to system menu and drag down from the top right Corner where the clock is and let me know if anything happens

Like the system settings menu? Nothing out of the ordinary for me. Drags the status bar down like it should. Am I looking for something in particular?
 
Lol, its because of a port I'm doing. It allows me to drag down the app drawer like the notification pull down.

Sounds cool. Can't wait to see it. Still loving this rom. You did a great job with it. So far this has worked better than any other rom except stock on my phone.
 
I have a quick question. I was trying to flash downwiththemachine's kernel for the newest shin rom, before and after the flash, under system info, says my kernel is:
2.6.35.7-perf+zte-kernel@Zdroid-SMT.. there is no change. Am I doing something wrong, or are both shins kernel and downwiththemachines named the same? Thanks everyone.
 
Shin/Prinny...If I want to theme this ROM for my taste...but want to keep battery icon and lock screen...mainly just want to change the color...can I do that in UOT kitchen or do I have to manually theme?
 
I'm not sure if UOT kitchen has the battery icons...as far as the lock screen...I think those are unique for shins rom...but he'd have to answer that part...I would browse UOT and see what you can do. Or manually theme it. Gimp FTW
 
Honestly, depending what the color scheme you want to do is...it may just be easier to do i t manually...UOT sometimes takes an hour or two to get your theme back to you...if you use gimp...just choose the color you want (Lets say...Green) Then colorize > save...colorize > save...it takes about 5 minutes for a hundred images?
