Does it work ok? Is it to fast, to slow? does it lag...... if so i can trim it more so it runs smoothly.
 
1St of all thank you this from is killer! I'm having wifi issues, it will turn on but not connect
or briefly and then drop the signal: ( help please

BTW: i found me a new job!!! start tomorrow so any updated from here on will be released on Fridays and Saturdays. I'm working for a place called Masterbrand Cabinets right now its 10 hour shifts until the end of the week.... but 9.00/hr and you get paid weekly!!!

Is there going to be a fix for the wifi and data connection issue so we don't have to reboot our phone every time we switch between the 2? Other than that this rom is awesome. I have had no issues whatsoever.

The boot animation will lag at first as it's preparing the system for boot. You'll notice it pick up in speed as the phones almost booted up. Does the rom itself lag?

No the ROM itself is smooth as butter except when first booting past the lockscreen (about 30 seconds give or take). My phone has always had a little trouble booting up stock or custom ROM, root and without root and every boot animation I have tried (at least 10-15) has always lagged the whole animation.
Its not a big deal to me though.

Sweet! One question though... How can I get the new betas/stable releases on my Warp WITHOUT losing anything including all my text messages ? Also OTA/Over Wifi patches would be nice :D

Sms backup is a great app. It saves call log and text logs to sd card. After flashing or data wipe just reinstall the app and click restore . And you can save your contacts by going to contacts then settings and hitting export to sd card. After flashing new Roms or data wipe you just go back to contacts and hit import from sd card and there you go.

so there are like 4 different downloads for your rom shin and im not sure which one i should be using first? i really want to use it. from what ive read (all of them being really good including the little features you have:D) i really want the rom! im using vilano right now and there are to many lags sadly even though its a beautiful rom. but i would like a short explanation on how to get yours on my phone lol any help would be dope im still kinda new

You only need to download 1.5.1c beta 3. Then go into cwm do a factory data wipe, then clear cache, then go to advanced and clear dalvik cache, then install from sd, find shins beta 3 and hit yes. And the you go. Reboot phone and enjoy the best rom ever. Takes about 5 minutes all together.
