As far as I know, he got a new one but is just waiting for components of his new PC to come in.

Im still waiting on the left over warp parts to arrive... As for the PC... The mb was acting stupid... Wouldn't turn on... Even tried to "hotwire" it without the case switch... Crossed out all of the other possibilities of it being other components that were screwed... I have to send it back (all the way to hong Kong :banghead::banghead::banghead: ) and wait for a replacement to arrive... I'm not without a PC... Nor would that PC be much better... So I'm not sweating it... I'm just trying to build a second PC for me to take to school so I can leave my family with something at least half decent... I wanna burn the old PC we used to use

I had a pc I built that developed a hinky mobo, the ONLY way to get it to boot was to smack the case. I've a degree in computer science and my roommate at the time did too and he was making fun of me one day for doing that so I bet him he couldn't get it to boot otherwise. He tried for about an hour, I came over and smacked it hard. The next thing you here is the POST single beep and it boots. I think it must have had a loose capacitor or something.
Anyway it started this about a year after I built it. It did this off and on for the next three years before I smacked it too hard. The next power on there was a short and it died.
 
So originally my laptop was scheduled for delivery Wednesday. Yesterday I got a notice that it had been rescheduled for early delivery Tuesday, i.e. today. Today I got a notice saying it had been delayed till tomorrow. -_-

I'm not sure how this is gonna come across but I'm not trying to be a smart ass. Me getting a laptop is directly relevant to the topic of this thread because I need it to help with the project so that's why I've been posting about the status of it here.

Blyss, the PSA wasn't directed at you specifically. If you look at the several posts between your last post and my PSA, you will find some irrelevant stuff where the thread was in danger of going completely off on a tangent. I could have come down hard and deleted the irrelevant posts, but didn't because that's just not my style :D

Your getting a laptop has validity to the OP. Cracks about days of the week do not. As long as posts are relevant to the topic, they're fine :)

Yeah I read this in another thread a week ago by Chev. Sequent and SV1 I think got JB. :(:(:( If I trusted ZTE, I would have gotten the Sequent. But it's too late now... I want 4G whenever I decide to upgrade :D:D:D

Hopefully, you can get something out of it. :smokingsomb:

Maybe if we made a petition on change.com? I mean some people on the LG forums petitioned for unlocked bootloaders, it may be worth a shot....
 
well, its not so much zte as it is boost, boost shot it down. zte wanted to upgrade to ics for warp. boost said no
 
at this point. just for shits and giggles. im porting the new sequent jellybean rom to the og warp... no boot..yet but i can get adb
