Hah I know, I kinda laughed at myself after posting that.... I think what boost is doing is really stupid, we've some of us have been their loyal customers for years and they're not doing this for us. *big sigh*

Wait, why can't a couple of ZTE members work on it and release it here on AF with our help? It wouldn't be an "official" release, would it? Besides I'm sure they'd get great publicity for it!

I remember a while back some of the devs were working on getting ICS to work on our phones... I think StarScream was getting pretty close until he started having issues with his phone and moved on to the Sequent or the S2. Since then, not too much chatter about ICS since JB is the next big thing. I mean, which would you rather have, ICS or JB??
So our awesome devs started working on JB... I think as of right now, only DM is still chugging away and making progress!!

I got in contact with ZTE, they said that we need to find some way to convince Boost to give us the software update.....

That's the way I did it with ZTE, shouldn't be too difficult to do it with Boost

I looked all over for some type of corporate email, but could not locate anything. All I could find is the general customer service link and made sure to request the update. I'm willing to call, email, sign a petition, what have you if anyone digs up anything.

BTW I was sick all weekend, like couldn't get out of bed without throwing up. Ironic when we finally got this laptop nobody has felt like using it and it just sat here all weekend. I still intend to help DM when I can, but I'm not a very reliable person lol.

I think it needs to be B10 since its the latest, the ZTE update tool from the ZTE USA website can help... I'm not at home so I can't...

Yeah as I said in the other post I bricked my phone. After doing the return to stock it wouldn't boot or recovery, I finally got it to boot to recovery after a dozen tries and installed TWRP... but if I try to do anything in TWRP like restore a backup it throws a million errors about how it can't mount this and that. So I'm gonna be in adb land trying to get the sorted for a while lol.
